Understanding my schedule Kevin was able to come later that day with his service manager Doeane to take care of the installation. Doeane made sure to go over the setup/ operation of the alarm in detail and made sure everything was working properly. Custimer service passes you off to one another and then requires a cancelation document (none of which is in the contract language). Finally, "customer service" is argumentative in response to a fair critique of their services. This service is overpriced for a system that often fails. Even when the system is inoperable you pay for service until it's fixed (which you must arrange to repair and pay for).
