I decided to have him go ahead and order the parts and repair rather than replace. He told me the parts were coming from Oahu so it would take a few days for them to get here. Once they arrived he called to let me know and set up an appointment for the install. Again he was on time for the install, showed me the old part, showed me the new part after he installed it and before he put the covers back on.
