I've come to them after the dealership and they've been honest about what can wait and what should be done. One of the best people here is Hannah (sp.?). She's the one who always answers the phone, checks me in and out- but most importantly - she also explains the work I need done on my car in a way I can easily understand it. She takes the time to make sure I understand what fixes they are making and what I may need in the future. She is super friendly, always polite, patient and knowledgeable.
