Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! That should speak volumes--if the damage existed when I brought the car in, it would've been documented. But it wasn't. When I spoke with "Chris," who handles Teslas at the shop, I explained that I didn't think I should be responsible for a deductible on damage clearly caused while the car was in their care. Instead of having a conversation, I was dismissed with a sarcastic "sounds about right," as if my concern wasn't worth his time, and I was just going this the money. It felt incredibly disrespectful. This isn't just about a cracked roof--it's about accountability. Accidents happen, but when a business won't even acknowledge the possibility that they caused damage while your car is in their hands, that's a serious red flag.
