The staff was incredible starting with Mike Soucy working with me to secure a boat for the week that we needed it, after securing the dates the communication was amazing as they reached out multiple times via phone calls, text and email keeping us updated on everything that we needed to know to include an online safety test so that we were 100% familiar with the boat and the rules governing the pond or lakes that we were on days before we actually got to camp we received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Ben this is another staff member at Port Harbor Marina he told me that he would give me a call a day before we would arrive and let me know where the boat would be dropped off and let me know a member of the Port Harbor Marina staff member would meet us the day that they drop it off at the boat ramp insure enough that morning they called us to let us know that they were on their way and that they would meet us there we get out to the boat ramp just as they were backing down I met up with Nate another member of the team at Port Harbor Marina he went over the entire boat with me asked me if I had any additional questions showed me where all the life preservers were and once again asked me before I actually took off for the boat if I had any additional questions I shared with him that I did not and I appreciated him going over everything with me he said that someone would call day before it was going to be picked up just to double check in on everything and make sure that we were still on sure enough on June 30 I received a phone call from Ben letting me know that he would meet me at around 445 at the same boat ramp that they dropped it off at. During this week we cannot even imagine being without this boat now because we had such a great time my family and I on this boat we enjoyed our trips around the pond and just relaxing on this boat I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marina for all of your boating needs they have a professional knowledgeable staff super helpful and the boat was absolutely beautiful and in great condition, Port Harbor Marina has a A+ operation

We were trying to sell our boat at a time when inventory was completely flooded and boats in our specific size bracket were simply not moving. To make things more stressful, we were on a tight, hard deadline to get it sold. Nathan didn't blink. While other listings were just sitting stagnant on the market, Nathan built a targeted tactical plan. He knew exactly how to find the sweet spot with our price point, how to position the vessel's unique strengths against the competition, and precisely which marketing channels to target to reach serious, qualified buyers quickly. Thanks to his sharp marketing execution, he secured a buyer and closed the deal in the nick of time. The entire transaction was flawlessly smooth from start to finish. Throughout the anxious waiting period of a tough market, I had absolute peace of mind knowing our boat was in the best possible hands. Nathan is a master of his craft!

I said no but seeing I was free I would make her appointment . That's when " she told me she was calling to cancel it because she was too tired from her race the day before. I wouldn't by a kayak from these people.

My fiancé, two friends, our three dogs, and I rented a pontoon boat for the day at a cost of approximately $700. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a group of 5-6 very young staff members, who appeared to be around 16-17 years old. While they were polite, they openly expressed that they were short-staffed and seemed unsure of their responsibilities. We took the boat out roughly 10 minutes to Long Lake and anchored near an island, remaining a respectful distance from shore. While swimming, my fiancé noticed that one of the propeller blades felt unusually sharp and jagged--something we made note of but could not inspect further in the water. Upon returning the boat, the same young staff members met us and again mentioned being understaffed. While we were unloading, one of them asked if we had hit anything, to which we replied no. He then asked if anyone had taken a photo of our driver's license. No one had. He informed us that the employee who checked us in failed to complete the required pre-inspection of the boat and did not verify or document any identification. He told us not to worry and sent us on our way. The following day, we were charged an additional $270 for a damaged prop. When we contacted the marina to dispute the charge and explain the situation, we asked for time-stamped photos from the prior rental to verify the condition of the boat before our use. What we received were unclear images of a broken prop shown on an iPad screen--without any timestamps or verifiable context. Despite the lack of proper pre-rental inspection and the vague evidence provided, the marina insisted that we were liable for the damage simply because we were the last to use the boat. This feels both unfair and negligent. Not only did their team fail to follow standard rental protocols, but their oversight could have led to serious safety risks. A cracked or compromised propeller has the potential to break mid-use, putting not only us but our pets--and potentially children and other boaters--at risk. Given the cost of the rental, the inexperience of the staff, and the marina's failure to take responsibility for their mistakes, I cannot in good faith recommend Moose Landing Marina. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements proper training and accountability moving forward
