I try and come here every 2 to 4 weeks because, on the side of the store, there are constantly updating the mural on the wall, it is like a revolving door, lol. it's right outside the MTA subway station entrance, I always add the mural photos to Avalon Chemists, because then anyone can find the murals and maybe bring some business to them since I wouldn't want someone else to take over this spot and not allow murals to be painted. this review is regarding the son of the owner who works at rossi pharmacy…read more i sent my son to pick up my medication at rossi pharmacy at 1891 eastern pkwy, bklyn ny 11233, tel.no. 718-346-2506. my son gave the correct debit card to charge for my co-pay. instead, he (the son of the owner) charged the wrong debit card. when i brought this to his attention, he refused to listen about charging the wrong debit card. he would "not" accept that it was his fault and he was wrong for charging the wrong card!!! he started talking over me. instead, he blamed me (for having 2 cards on file) and my son. to add insult to injury, he deleted my debit card! this guy (the son) is arrogant, obnoxious, stubborn, unprofessional, hot-headed, rude and disrespectful. also, they hire a lot of interns who make alot of mistakes...beware and stay away from rossi!

They have both generic and brand name products. Their pharmacy is generally well stocked and it doesn't take too long to get it filled. I believe I waited 25 minutes even though I was initially told 10 minutes. Beats the hours some pharmacies take to fill prescriptions.
