When "fixing" it, the cashier charged her three times instead of two. I set foot in this Merrick Sephora because it was easy to find AND easy to park, two things that I find challenging especially in NY, but even where I live in CA. But I digress. I wish I could remember the sales associate's name because I found her to be extremely helpful and sweet, and I would've acknowledged her more specifically. She was Asian if that helps, and I mean NO disrespect by calling that out. So admittedly, I walked in with a cane. I had a calf injury, not to mention a bad back, and she kept telling me to wait where I was while she'd run and get whatever I wanted to see. I can assure you I was very appreciative of her kindness and willingness to make it easy for me. I purchased 2 items, and she had me in and out of the store very quickly. She didn't try to pressure me into anything, and in fact, she offered some selections that I ended up going with because I liked them better. Every time I use them, I think of her and how kind and helpful she was. I told my daughter about this Sephora and told her to go HERE. She at least lives in the area and can avail herself to what they have to offer.
