OPTIONS has been there for the community for 15 years to see us when you couldn't get in with your doctor that day or your medical issue was not an emergency. They also now have a sick contagious side and a non contagious side to keep you seperate.. Please support Options! They are a mom and pop establishment. I took my 1 year old daughter in for a sick visit. Runny nose, cough, no fever and fussier than…read morenormal. My gut told me she had an ear infection and it wasn't just a summer cold. We arrived 25 mins prior to closing and were rushed from the moment we walked in to the time we were dismissed. Mind you we were the only ones in the clinic. The nurse was in a hurry getting us back. The female doctor came in, was very hard to understand with her accent and just made us feel rushed. She quickly checked her ears, throat and such and said that it was allergies. I told her I felt like she has an ear infection. She then checked her ears and said they looked fine. Told me to let her play in the bath with warm water and give her Claritin. Long story short, unless it's an emergency, don't waste your money! Took her in to see a pediatrician, and they said that she does have an ear infection. I should've just waited it out and called the Pedi the following day, considering this clinic only had a 2 star rating. So frustrating as a parent to feel rushed and misdiagnosed by a professional.

We got there 10 minutes before closing time on a Sunday. Brenda at the front desk was awesome. She got all our paperwork done and got my son back into a room quick. I am sorry that I did not catch the nurses name but she was awesome as well. Dr. Long was all business and kept us updated every step of the way as to what she was doing. Very compassionate and we were very well taken care of. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing medical care! Thanks again

Horrible. I went yesterday for what I thought was a dental infection only, which is what they told…read moreme... went to another dr today to be told that if this e.r had checked my ears they would have seen that I had a double ear infection as well which was causing all the swelling and pain. Nurses were nice. Radiology tech argued with me because apparently even with a tubal and not having "relations" there's always a chance of pregnancy. That's insanity.

Went with my husband to his appointment. Greeted warmly, got through paperwork then sent…read moreimmediately to an exam room. Definitely make an appointment if you can as you get immediate attention. Vivi and Shar(?) were very personable. Shar was very thorough in the examination, gave clear instructions, explained follow up steps and after we left called back with some additional information. We felt well taken care of and if needed would definitely go there again.

He's very personable, pleasant, low key, and has a sense of humor. He responds to problems, questions, etc.; strives to help the patient; has good ideas/solutions. I also enjoyed each OV with him! I highly recommend him. ALL of the staff is also the greatest. They all are welcoming, pleasant, and are happy to see you. They know their stuff. Includes Nurse d'Arcey, Therapists Alisa and Brittany and the front office: Jennifer, Courtney and Marytza. I even chatted with the Office Director, Shariff; who was personable like all the rest.
