I am soo disappointed with this car wash. I took my car in yesterday for a wash and I noticed later on that my car had scratches on the bumper. Looks like one of the guys hit my car with another car. Because my bumper has black paint on it. The point is I've been calling to talk to someone and no one answers the phone. My car cost 70k and they damaged it. He was VERY RUDE to me the other day and the guy working on my car told me I can find another car wash...because I complained about him spending too much time looking around at everyone else and people walking up the sidewalk instead of working on my car. * The wait is ALWAYS 45 minutes OR MORE, and he had the nerve to tell me that God gave him eyes to look around...as his excuse for working super slow. And the Mgr. rudely walked away from me as I was simply talking to him. 95% of their customers are Black, but they have the audacity to disrespect a woman of color if she's "by herself"? AND he has INCREASED his prices EVERY YEAR. And for what reason other than PURE GREED! They certainly didn't loose much money during the start of covid because after the initial 2 week shutdown in 2020...they still had lines going down the street...and still do. I got in my car & I couldn't tell if my window was down or not...CRYSTAL CLEAR. Tires were shining... It actually looked better than the night I bought the car. I think the place is cash only. So I had just come back from volunteering at a shelter & took some dogs out on a ride & I wanted them to vacuum my car bcz german Shepard s are harry ass hell, I didn't expect the trunk to be hairless after two Shepard had been in there. So I was sitting watching him vacuum my car, the front seats he did fine, he took out the floor mats & vacuumed them, but once he got to the back seats he just ignored the mats and vacuumed over them not tried to lift them up and vacuum. Then he totally gave 2 fucks about my trunk that was open for him to see it, took a look at it but since it had dog hairs he just dismiss it. I went to tell him and he said the front will do it and he said dog hair can't be all taken out, I know I understood that ! FUCKER, the guy with the vacuum lazy af. So once the car was done the other guy said turn around & ask the guy to do it again. Wtf? Nah I asked him to call the owner. He came over and his like who's car is this? And I'm like mine, he didn't even ask what was wrong he didn't greet me nothing. So I told him his lazy ass employee didn't do my trunk & expected the other guys to do it. & his like that's all ? And I'm like no the back floor mats he didn't do shit. So his like just to let you know the dog hairs won't all come out, again I know I'm not stupid. But they should all at least try that was the reason I took my car I had washed my car the night before but just to pay for full service I let them wash my car all over again. I could have fucken don't it at home with my vacuum, but bcz I have a new born & I vacuum the house with my vacuum I didn't want to do it and leave hairs in my house with the baby. The only reason I'm not given them a 5 Star is because the place overall is not the best looking but it is the ghetto so most car washes around here are like that. But I always get the luxury wash even though they charge $25 because I have a small SUV. But they do take their time and if you ask for something else they won't hesitate. Oh man.. this place seriously lacks good customer service. I mean, I used to talk highly of this place. But they really don't give a sh*t about their customers. The young vacuum guy, wears hats all the time, he LOVES to test peoples cars. I've seen him do that to my car, apparently he's a mechanic and was testing the breaks on my car LMFAO. Please. I told the manager and the assh*le didn't give a shit and sided with his employee. I've also seen the SAME vacuum guy screeching someone else's tires another day I went to wash my car. That very same day that vacuum guy decided to skip me and two cars passed me. They don't keep up with their guests coming in making line at the car wash. So I decided to leave. It's incredible that I still kept on giving them my loyalty (I've been coming here for two years) and on top of that, tipping them out because they did a great job on my car. I'm not saying every single one of them are bad because they're not. But the manager and that vacuum guy messed it up for everyone. It's sad but this place will be shutting down soon. been getting my BMW hand washed here since i got it,would always see this place packed even in the early morning every time i would leave to work,so decided to finally check it out,and im more then satisfied.they vacuum the inside of your car on arrival,your trunk too upon request,i always get the luxury wash which comes with the spray on wax,I took one star off because i wish they would do a more thorough job of hand washing it,when it comes time for them to spray wax it,i always find little yellow dots that they didnt scrub off,and i always end up scratching them off wit my fingers b4 they wax it,but besides that these guys r great,they dry the outside AND inside of your windows,plus the luxury comes with the leather conditioning,although they tend to just slab it on there more then applying it,but for $15 the price is great and always comes out shining read more
