Don't know what office he works in Fresno specifically but Alex Vasquez was absolutely only there for my money. Wanted to keep using their insurance on my new car, but instead of doing an Endorsement he created a new account and charged me nearly 600 dollars!!! On top of that he decided not to cancel my old policy for another 2 weeks AFTER I asked him to. Causing me to have to pay even more. I get it, commission is important but come on man. That's just messed up. Especially for someone just starting out. Charged me for 165 on a policy that wasn't even supposed to be open!! read more

Horrible experience with this places that includes being lied to on multiple counts. I was not help out professionally. From the start they instantly want your money and say they will help you split payments and lie to make a sell. I had asked from military discount and they had assure me that they had military discount. Apon reviewing my charges I seen that there was no adjustment for the military discount, I then confronted them about where my discount was they then said "Oh were sorry we can't do military discounts." I had bought a SR-22 from them and when buying a SR-22 from them you have to pay a $300 down payment. They said that they will work with me with this payment to pay within a month span. How ever that was not the case I Payed the first half and was told I have a month to pay the other half. About a week later they took an unauthorized charged for the 2nd half of the payment from my bank account that was not due for another few weeks. I called them regarding this issue and was told they were to busy to help me and that they would call me back in 30min. That never happened I even waited 2 hours before calling back and sure enough they never contacted me back so I called them. When reaching them on the phone they told me that they would take care of this issue and return the money and sure enough that never happened nor was any of my problems with them was solved. i was in a terrible predicament where i needed insurance fast! i was about to lose my car! van was the best! he helped me and got me a rate lower than what i thought possible! edit: i am very angry with how things were handled! i was promised a payment due date 30 days after opening my policy, i made it clear i needed a payment within the last week of the month! and i was promised that and more! i finally get my first payment notification and it is not 30 days, its 18? i am going to go through nothing but late fees and cancellations for a whole year because they cant change the due date?! why?! i can call any other business and even my lean holder and they can change my payment, i have called 4 different people and they cant change my payment?! 1 whole year of late payments and cancellation?! i am outraged!! read more
