These insurance companies are not worth the hassle. If you need full coverage, don't even bother. I tried canceling a policy because I no longer had the car and I got the run around. I was transferred too many times and then told i needed to call the actual insurance company directly only to be given the wrong number from the Freeway Insurance rep. Then when I finally got a hold of someone I was told I could be refunded but then I would also be billed for a past due balance because I canceled on the day payment was due??? Buyer beware!!! Horrible place and recieving cold shoulder. I been coming to freeway for few years now. My policy was about to end, so I went in to change my policy to full coverage policy on Dec 2. The worst happend on Dec 9. I was in an accident.. I was reached by my insurance company letting me know my full coverage policy wasn't in effect. You would think if you went in to change your policy... It would be in effect!!. The only thing good is there broker firm says it is there fault and they do take responsibility but they are not doing anything to fix the problem. My bill is in a few days for a car that's probably totaled. I suppose I still have to pay that even though i have a car that I'm not going to drive? Or isn't getting fixed yet!!!! read more

Freeway Ins. are Horrible! They are a bunch of scammers. Ilsa never presented their broker's fee before nor after signing document. She distract you from noticing the broker's fee with small talk, low premiums, and placing receipt behind your temporary Ins. Card; and rush you to sign so she can say you agreed to paying more than 60% of the downpayment to broker's fee. To add insult to injury she give you optons to choose from the worst three Ins. Companies. SMH Ilsa is the worst manager! Unprofessional, disrespectful and unwilling to resolve the issue. Therefore I had to contact freeway supervisor to get about 70% of broker's fee back and later contact insurance comp. directly to work with them and forget about worthless freeway ins. He was talking about Wakanda a lot to two black customers. He asked them if they thought Wakanda was real. I didn't hear what they answered. The guy with the holes in his ears said that he didn't think it was real "because their technology seems too advanced." Also, their computer quoting system went down for a bit (which wasn't their fault), but Danny was very proactive and sought other ways to complete my request.
