Man this place took the stress off of me and my family! We were paying $311 for two cars with our old insurance. Sameday Insurance is an amazing company to work with hands down. They get you any amazing deal on car insurance. But unfortunately I'm not a happy customer. Sameday put me with blue shield insurance which was the worse horrible services ever. And screwed us over pretty much. I wish Sameday insurance doesn't do this to other customers. We please do not use Blueshield insurance if sameday recommends them here is why. This insurance is by far the worst insurance ever make sure you never get it. They were literally screw you over in the ass so hard. They won't tell you anything that's going on and one update you on anything that they are doing. They claim to call your various things and that your inbox voicemail is full when it's not that will be the adjuster name Maria Escobar, who is a real piece of trash make sure you never go to her ever again she wanna help you ever and all she will do a screw you over. Her supervisor Jaime was barely any help at all. He knows that her employer was in the wrong and still has the nerve to say she tried calling when it was a lie. Neither to my mother in law or wife did she try reaching out. She calls the auto body shop telling them that she has been trying to contact us and it's a damm lie. She told them auto company that my wife's voicemail is full when it's not full at all. It was never full. Not once did she ever bother reaching my wife. How is it that the auto shop can contact us letting us know she is trying to reach us but apparently they hen she does my wife's voicemail is full ? It's total bs. And when I finally get in contact with her today 10/09/2023. I tell her off about how she is a compulsive liar and not once did she ever tries to contact me and my wife. And the one time she finally contacts my wife. My wife gives her my lot her in laws number. We expect her to call her they same day. And nothing no call at all. So as soon as I'm telling her off on the phone. Her trash ass doesn't even deny the fact of that everything I told her. All she says I'm not going to discuss this with you cause she had nothing to come back at me with . Once again don't use this Insurance it's trash they never help . Beware! I was told my $550 transaction included my renewal fee and first payment. I specifically told the agent, to charge me the complete price and do not separate the payments. Against my request he did not do that. My policy is being canceled for non payment. I was mislead into believing my bills were getting paid. I would have never in a million years agree to pay a renewal fee of $550. I would have went under my mother's insurance instead. They lied to me. Once my policy is over, I will never ever go back to this misleading fraudulent company again. They tell you to sign here and sign there and putting your trust into the agent you do because they are the expert. But I know the lie he told me. The agent name was Mida. And from other complaints I see they are all directed at his fraudulent activities. To my shock I call infinity to find out they only got paid $190. They charged me a $360 brokerage fee. Absolutely ridiculous. He lied to me simply to charge me a high fee. I will be reporting this company. Absolutely thieves I have been a customer for 7 years, since I learned how to drive. I've had same day insurance for 3 years now with no problems. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. My car broke down and I called for a tow. An hour and a half to two hours later I had just rude man named Sal Sanchez who I believe was out of the Anaheim office. He told me he was a Supervisor which I Didn't't Believe for a second. He was Rude, Condescending, and didn't have a Concept of customer Service. Well the previous people I talk to try to arrange a Tow to NO Avail. On top of this he called me a liar when I told him that I had gotten a tow before but He Denied saying only in the case of an Accident. With this Experience, as well as the Customer service they Provide., I will be Changing Companies. They may be cheap but I Guess you Pay for what you Get. I would not Recommend this Company at all. DO NOT GO HERE!!! We got ripped off from SameDay and their partners Finance Auto Sales! We were insured for Sunday night, called Monday to cancel so I could switch to Farmers and I was told that I couldn't cancel until the dealership sent them proof of insurance which I had already done. The rep Sal told me on Wednesday that he cancelled my policy but I had to pay a $250 processing fee. I paid $170 on the day I signed up and just got charged another $228 and now they don't know if they will refund me any of my money. I don't even have the car because u took it back on Wednesday!!!
