My father discovered Freeway Insurance on a Spanish newspaper, and we had an amazing experience. A broker named Gustavo Ramirez helped us out and was extremely friendly. He sat with us for an hour and provided us with the greatest, lowest rates for 4 drivers in our family. We had no insurance for over a month due to our old insurance being too expensive, and we're so happy we came to him. He helped us lower our down payment and we saved over $100, basically if you are looking for a reasonable price insurance for yourself and your family I would highly recommend see him. And the entire team was also very friendly! Unfortunately I do not know his boss's name but she was great as well. Thank you Freeway Insurance! :) ^^^^^i wish I can keep the stars the way I had them. But im disappointed. I got in a car accident where my car was totaled, and though I have full coverage I don't have the rental policy on my "full" coverage insurance. They said they aren't supposed to offer, we're supposed to "request it". I spoke to another insurance broker from a different company who has over 5 years of experience, and said you're supposed to offer everything the insurance company offers no matter what. It was never mentioned and it's only $7 more. Now I'm told it's too late to add it so I can't get a rental. If that's the policy, that should be changed. It should ALWAYS be mentioned. The people who work here are nice unfortunately Freeway Insurance is a complete rip off and a waste of time and money. Since they are just a broker and dont have insurance of their own the way they make their $$$ is by extra unnecessary fees, like when you sign up: hundred bucks, transfer to another vehicle: another hundred bucks. They dont tell you this they just give you a bunch of papers to sign most people dont bother reading. Also, if you cancel early on one terrible company like Access Insurance that they outsource to you can forget about getting any kind of refund. Save your money and go to an actual insurance company like AAA, that's my advice. read more
