ALBERTO had told me repeatedly that my other insurance for my old honda was canceled, I asked a few times to make sure because it gets taken out of my back account every month electronically, and it needs to stop since I just paid ALBERTO $230 to start new insurance. Well here comes the June 21st and my OLD insurance came out and overdrafted my account. The thing I'm FURIOUS over is, NOT ONE PERSON AT THAT COMPANY IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I've gotten over $100 worth of overdraft fees and still am well after a week. They (ALBERTO & SUPPOSEDLY HIS BOSS MELINDA) are now saying I have to go into the bank and fix it since, it's there fault they took it out. Don't ever go into any AIMS, there is 3 up here and I've talked to all over them, and they don't know what there doing or saying, and I'm a till overdrafted almost $200 because of ALBERTO not doing his job properly.

My agent is great at communicating with me when anything is needed and I always know what I'm paying for because they calm me every renewal to update me. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business.
