So basically it's like my mom donated $500 to this terrible company for NO SERVICES because the policy wouldn't have started until May 9... we are still in April! !! I spoke to several agents, including manager, and they said that is their fee to start a policy! I've had insurance my entire life, and never have paid a $500 fee just to have an agency find an insurance company for me. With that being said, please make sure that these agents are full transparent when selling you, Insurance!

The office is not open on the weekend, and the accident was on a Monday no one answered or took my information to document the claim until Wednesday, 1/10/24. The office is not able to support any claims information or help start a claim. Everyone that I have encountered to support me during this time has been rude, unprofessional, poor service and lack the ability to communicate where my claim is in the process and why it is taking so long. The only customer friendly individuals I have encountered are the office staff Carlos, and manager from another location who called me 1 time, and the adjuster Chris who came out to declared my car a total loss. The Claims Adjuster Victor Diaz, was absolutely rude, unhelpful, slow, and horribly represents this company. He informed me today 1/29/24 that he is no longer my claims adjusted and just gave me a number of someone else who is now my adjuster but he is unaware of how long or when that change occurred of having a new adjuster. This company I wouldn't recommend to anyone for liability or full coverage. There prices are for monthly coverage are not within low market value. So to pay decent insurance premiums and receive EXTREMELY POOR service is not what I expect and appreciate for being a loyal customer of over 5 years plus. I would give them - 1 star for service, quality, professionalism.

This is a massive Plaza located at Chimney Rock and Westheimer in the Galleria area which has all kinds of restaurants and good stuff and plenty of parking spaces, which is excellent. It's a good plaza and one which we visited many times over the years.
