Mostly because as a Vietnamese I always try to find chances to support our people's businesses whenever I came. I have to say it was the best choice I made. The entire office was so nice and professional, that include Linda and her brother, Peter, and Edith. For all the time I was with them, I always had the best quotes and best care. It feels like a family rather than an insurance company where we have to be vigilant and often get ripped off. I also want to compliment State Farm for the same reason. They reached out to me when I had a small fender bender and didn't pay attention to the accident besides my safety. They took care of everything so professionally and fast that I couldn't believe it. I moved around a little bit in town, and whenever I reported the new addresses, they would cut me a check for deduction if that place is a bit cheaper. That's so moving!
