Today I called for a quote. I had a bad experience with this place . Chris is the guy that wanted to "help me" he seemed friendly at first. After dealing with him , I'm glad I didn't switch to the company because of him I will not be using this insurance place. First he lied about the initial quote he gave me. Second he raised the price. I told him I was at work and I would call him back. He kept calling me over and over again hassling about making a deal. Being super thirsty about his commission I guess. Then he proceeded to text me after I already told him I will call back. So after that I told him to stop blowing me up respectfully. He proceeded to call me bro like I'm his homie , when obviously that is so unprofessional. As I try to call back and report him , he does not answer my phone call or reply to my text after I call him out. He's texting me like he doesn't represent the company freeway insurance. Because of his pushing sales tactics and rude and disrespectful behavior. I'm glad I did not come abaord with this company. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Offered me no help or proof that they didn't report to the DMV that they terminated my insurance when I most certainly did not or else I would get my license suspended. They just hung up on me and I tried to call back to talk to a manager but they never answered. On my insurance bill, they are the office I'm supposed to call. I got my insurance through there and they always assured me that the DMV would be aware of my SR 22 status but they now did nothing to reassure me that I was getting the insurance coverage that I need and that my license was safe and that I very well payed for. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO FIND A CHEAPER INSURANCE FOR YOUR NEEDS. THEY ARE INSURANCE BROKERS THAT CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. They charge upwards of $300 as a finders fee and have tried to do so multiple times. They've also lied and said my policy was canceled and wanted charge me hundreds of dollars to reinstate it. I would recommend looking through insurances for you on your own to make sure your needs are met without these third party brokers that only rip you off. read more

went in for a policy then canceled it within 1 hour because something personal occurred. I was charged $389, which I don't believe is for the policy you choose but the broker fee instead. So I asked David, the manager, for a refund and he told me id get a refund check within 1 week or so. And here I am, 2 months later with many headaches and no refund. If you do plan to use Freeway insurance, just go in and have them find the insurance options for you, then after you found the one..just walk out and call the insurance company they found for you yourself and you might not be out $389 like me. To summarize: Refund doesn't seem like an option here (or for fwy insurance in general) and they don't seem like they want to return it. If you get a phone call back its too rush back and sign a paper because they forgot to have you sign it and then not get a copy at that time. Then any legal paperwork that is necessary and instant according to normal insurance companies falls short and you the customer have to deal with problems that would not be there had someone done their job in the first place.My record is affected but does this company take responsibility and reward me for using them,No they take more money after I said, If you cant do the work I paid you for then give me my money back, and cancel me.Still fighting that...........enjoy!
