This agency sold me a crap policy that ONLY covers the DEPRECIATED cost of the property. It's…read morecalled an "ACV" policy and is so rare that hardly anyone has heard of it. She never explained this important detail to me, nor did it say so anywhere on the policy documents, so here I am thinking I have total coverage. (Isn't that what insurance is for???) Then one day a car crashes into my property, takes down 4 walls with it, and it now needs $140,000 of repairs, $40,000 of which I need to pay out-of-pocket because of this SHIT POLICY I was sold. Who has $40,000 lying around to pay for the repairs that insurance would normally cover?? This is exactly every homeowner's WORST nightmare and All Nevada Insurance has failed me. Then when I called them about this huge mishap, they did not so much as apologize for ruining me financially. Instead they blamed it on a change of ownership or some B.S. like that.
