Freeway actually asked me to write a review. How about that! I own Garage doors 4 less and currently insure 3 vehicles with them. I got a Good quote $270. Down $120. A month for 1yr. Not Bad. But yes al the bad revies are right! Customer service sucks! Very unprofessional the y never stop chit chatting with other workers. Always short on staff. Constanly checking their cell phones and there is always something not working. Copy machine, credit card terminal, cant get a hold of someone always something. They care more about each other then the actual Customer. If you go there you are lucky if you are out in 45mnts for a simple thing such as adding a car or making changes. Deff No management skills or professionalism. I been with them for many years when they were on the Other side of the street and tho they had many Agents! Service was just as Bad!! Just the chit chat was worst!! Hope they dont raise my Rate! But as a business owner customer service and the customers needs come first! read more

When I called in to get a quote I wasn't expecting much. I had been with Mercury for so long I wasn't even thinking about switching. Then I spoke to Benjamin he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to let me know how much it would be with full coverage on a vehicle that my current insurance company denies me full coverage on. He offered such a good price I definitely plan on switching all my cars to Freeway. Even though I let him know I wasn't going to switch until my month was over in mid March with Mercury Benjamin was still courteous, I plan on switching and I know I will be more than satisfied with Freeway! read more
