Janice Killian's office is the best. I have my renter's insurance through State Farm as well as my car insurance, and Janice is the best agent anyone could ask for! She is my parent's agent as well and sincerely appreciates when whole families are utilizing her services and gives good family rates/discounts. When I was in a car accident she sent me a hand written card in the mail wishing me a speedy recovery- that kind of personal touch was so sweet and really speaks to her character as an agent. The girls that work her front desk and answer her phones are phenomenal. They respond to messages quickly, whether on the phone or via email, and are well versed with the current paperwork. I was hit on my driver's side door and the guy that hit me tried to get out of paying for my damages claiming I caused the accident. Looking for an insurance agent that does not care if you have adequate coverage? Do you want an agent that refuses to help you and leaves you feel uninsured when you file a claim? Look no further. Janice Killian's office is the right place. When my family visited the office to find out why our auto premium was so high on our car brought in from out of state, they put up an untrained staff with poor job knowledge who has no idea what she's doing. The only takeaway from the visit was excuses on why the premium should be so high. There was no review of coverage, which led to disastrous results when we had an accident later. I had 2 auto claims over nearly 5 years through this office. They refused any service on both and did nothing. One was light collision from behind, not my fault. Service refused unless I pay deductible. I went through all the months-long hassle of recovering from party at fault. The other was a major freeway collision. No proper collision coverage. Not having enough coverage at the time of accident is bad enough. (It's their fault in the first place they didn't do a review of my policy.) If my policy can't pay, they at least need to make up for it by service like calling the towing company to get my car out ASAP (I ended up paying most of $600 in towing). Why else would we buy expensive State Farm policy? Taking vacation from work to get my car out of the towing company for its disposal is not the hassle I want to be going through as an insured. I want to be taken care of in times of need. I've been with State Farm for over a decade, almost five years at Janice Killian's office. Having gone through all this, I realized all they do is collect checks. I switched away to a different agent and am already saving a hundreds and getting better policy recommendations. read more

When my emails were answered promptly, I made an appointment and I am so happy I did. When I left my appointment, I had a homeowners policy in hand at a very competitive rate. If that was all, I would have been satisfied.
