I would just like to say that Solow Insurance helped me out. I just bought a new car a couple of months ago, and had All state insurance. Everything was ok for a couple of months and then they started playing with the prices. They doubled everything. My payment went from $123 a month to $226, plus they said I owed $350 for the premuim because they found an accident on my record. They only gave me 3 days to come up with it then I wouldn't be covered anymore. I was stressed out. Big Time! I called Solow Insurance and talked to Sandra, one of the brokers that took care of me. I told her my situation and how I got jerk around by all state and she helped me out. She said they had 300 different insurance companies they deal with and that she could find something in my price range. She got me covered that same day. I just took a few pictures of the car and signed some formes online and that was it. She had excellent customer service and got back to me right away about everything. The customer service here is incomparable. From car insurance to car leasing Val does it all. My family and I have been with Val from day one when he was still at his previous location. Man, I was so frustrated with going online checking company quotes all over the place and speaking with several companies calling at once. It was driving me nuts!!! But I answered and a very polite and professional young man named Mike. (The only Mike in the Van Nuys office) greeted me and introduced himself. He immediately put my mind at ease and relieved my frustrations by offering to help me find a good rate for both my vehicles. He was patient and very thorough. I just made this Yelp account purposely for Solow Insurance! I was looking for cheap Auto Insurance, granted I previously had a 6 month contract elsewhere. I came across Solow and they contacted me right away, Josh was the representative that assisted me and his customer service was exceptional and amazing! He searched for the lowest possible price three times, getting it to $80.00/ month for Liability. He answered all my questions, had a customer friendly conversation, emailed me a contract right away, and he got me insured in less than an hour! He sent the DMV the information, which was a bonus. They just don't care to keep their customers satisfied, but Solow Insurance has it all. Okay so I needed car insurance I end up talking to a man name Josh. Josh was wonderful, polite, helpful and got me the best rate ever everything went so smooth with him. I even had to tell him that he has great customer service skills which is a plus in my book. I came in to just get a basic quote and because of the great service I recieved from my very knowledge agent, Vadim, I ended up switching my renters, car insurance AND am planning to get a car lease through them. It does help that he saved me money on everything. But I would have switched just based on service alone. Vadim gave me very personalized attention and answered many questions. He really knows what he is doing. I was treated well by everybody. Even agents not directly working with me, brought me water and were pleasant. Definitely recommend. I would just like to comment on a gentleman who went out of his way and gave excellent service and even paid out of his own pocket a fee that I wasn't to incur! Lisbeth was amazing, after going through 3 days of ridiculously high quotes from agents calling me to me reaching out...
