Over the past six months, they have: Completely neglected to tell us about the photo inspection until after it passed (and after we had it taken care of). A week later we got a letter, after the policy would have lapsed. Sent us the policy for the wrong vehicle. We were going to buy two, and changed our minds. A month after the purchase of the only vehicle, we got the policy for the one we didn't buy... When we called them up, they seemed clueless as to why it appeared. Forgot to charge us for a section on our bill, then surprise pro-rate us for it later! Because who doesn't love when their insurance payment is 1.5x times the normal amount without any discussion? They are not very good at the whole "calling you back" thing, which just seems unprofessional. Maybe they forget, but my old agent always remembered to do that, so I know it's possible. State Farm is a good insurance company. Too bad this place is just hurting its reputation.

I was so pleased ..yet unaware that the policy that was written up for me had no liability which A motorhome needs just like any vehicle that you drive... Yet a travel trailers do not...like a utility trailer or anything you pull with a truck... in that sense they do not need liability! My incompetent agent Alex V was given the old Progressive policy along with the registration and the VIN number and he still wrote it up as a travel trailer I can't even wrap my head around how he did that and how the computer didn't kick it back when a keyed in the VIN number or some kind of intervention with his incompetency. So, long story short 2 years later 2026..I find out Quintin insurance wrote my MOTORhome‼ as a travel TRAILER‼ and now they don't want to be accountable or provide me with their e&o insurance because he doesn't want to put a claim in for their era and instead he's fighting me in small claims court which doesn't even cover half the cost of having the motorhome towed to Arizona. Fyi even though the owner Gordon agreed to pay for everything he is now saying it's all my fault ‼after I gave the registration the VIN number and the old insurance policy‼ you just can't make this s*** up! And I just have to mention this in court they said I should have showed Alex v a picture of my motorhome since when has anyone ever shown a picture of their vehicle that they want to get insured I just couldn't believe that it was so pathetic of the lawyer to say that he was kind of pathetic too though screaming slamming his hand down because he was getting frustrated because the judge did not dismiss my case. Note, now DMV will not register my motorhome for 2 yrs ‼... besides the fact I could actually have my license suspended over this ‼ Due to incorrect Insurance coverage Alex V incorrectly insured me thank God the motorhome was under construction totally being remodeled I cannot even begin to imagine if I had been driving it‼ and had an accident:( Yet Gordon could care less‼ he will not give me his e&o insurance information which isn't mandated by New York State yeah if an insurance agency doesn't have it they are held personally responsible for all cost to the client expenses due to their incompetency‼ So I can put a claim in to have a motorhome towed to Arizona ...& Gordon agreed to do when he met me at the Webster library to discuss how he was going to take care of everything. I was moving in July and my lease is up here the 1st of September so I'm going to be evicted and not only that my motorhome will be in pounded ‼ Please stay away from this place there were four of them against just me arguing that it was my fault‼ in small claims court over $3,000 when the actual expense is $18,000? even though the towing is 14,500 and that's one of the cheaper ones‼ but due to the fact I lost $1,500 on my security deposit for AZ plus motels and whatever I'm going to be charged for them to tow my RV Sick to my stomach how they could do this to me Gordon, his partner, Alex the incompetent who wrote it and this little skanky loud mouth lawyerall trying to pin it on me in court it's not going to work Gordon trust me‼ I will get Justice one way or another‼ ‐------------------------ 2024 Very happy with Quinton agency.
