More so, they went out of their way to explain things and personally contacted the claims department because we weren't going anywhere trying to deal with them ourselves. Do I recommend State Farm? That's on the fence. If the poor service is continuous, then absolutely not. It was a nightmare and that's no understatement. It wasn't the agent's fault. The agent and staff did everything they were supposed to do and then some. It's unfortunate that the claims department made the entire experience suffer. Hopefully we won't have any use for claims in the future. They were that bad. Awful. I could go on and on but I won't. I would give the claims experience a big fat zero. They will tell you one thing and when you correct them on it they will deny what they initially said. I have been through it with this agency. I can't tell you enough to go to a different State Farm where they actually know what they are talking about and they know how to explain things without tiptoeing around the actually information. Hannah is very rude and needs her license reviewed. I've moved to a new State Farm agency where it is absolutely a 180 difference. Do yourself a favor and RUN. The clerk at the time, Valentina, although seemingly concerned we were cancelling, advised the agent, Enrique, was on vacation and couldn't cancel until Tuesday. Comes Thursday, my mom and I called again to find out Valentina didn't work there any longer and my mom's email with her proof of insurance was not looked at. The new clerk, Fatima was clueless and she didn't even offer to help. We asked her for the agent's email, to send him the declaration page directly. When he responded to my mom, he did so in English. She replied to him and asked him to write in Spanish (which is how he's always helped my parents) because she doesn't speak English, and he had the nerve to reply to her in English again. This was a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude just because they canceled. My parents are way happier with higher coverage and lower premiums, they are both retired and don't even drive 10 miles per week. Please look around for more ethical insurance companies.

I have been with Enriquez's agency for a while ( at least ten yrs ) and he always helped me with a smile ( even when I got in to accidents LOL) . Oh by the way , State Farm is an excellent Insurance Company they may be a little bit more expensive than other companies to insured BUT they always came through for me and my family !
