In a word, TERRIBLE!!!!! Their customer service is horrible. Everyone is "busy" and they say they will call you back, which they never do. I even left a message for the manager multiple times and no response. Ridiculous. I was an existing client and because of my policy price going up by over $40 a month for no reason and this experience, I canceled my policy and went elsewhere. Also as a side note, make sure you read your whole policy before signing. (which you should do anyway, but be extra careful.) I found a few contradictory things in my new proposed policy that were very shady. Even better advice, NEVER go here! read more

I was sold a policy by Jessenia Salazar. While purchasing the policy she told me that she would electronically file a SR-22 to the DMV. I was told the filing would be immediate and that the DMV would have the SR-22 the same day. I went to the DMV the following day and waited hours... to only find out that my SR-22 had NOT been electronically filed. I called the freeway insurance office the next day. I left a message for Jessenia to call me back. My phone call was not returned. I called again, asked for Jessenia, and then was hung up on. I then called Freeway customer service who attempted to connect me with the San Marcos office, however, my call was not accepted. I was re-routed to an office in Temecula. It's obvious that I was not able to get a rep at the San Marcos office on the phone because they knew I wished to cancel my policy. I had to file a claim through my bank to get my money back. SCAM SCAM THIS IS A SCAM!! This place is a SCAM . Jessenia Salazar quoted me 500$ for motorcycle insurance but she failed to mention the HIDDEN FEES. Don't even give any "freeway insurance "a try. They target Hispanics who don't know better. When I spoke to Jessenia she quoted me 500$ for the year but failed to mention the 400$ BROKER FEE. And she also FAILED TO MENTION that I was only making a down payment to the insurance . A month later I got a letter from the insurance stating that i have not paid 200$ and they will cancel my insurance . So I called I and cancelled myself . I called customer service for freeway Insurance and the supervisor said there is nothing he can do. I told him to listen to the "monitored call" because Jessenia failed to go over he hidden fees with me. This place is a scam. Everyone that works for this place needs to get a real freaking job . Freeway insurance is here to lie and steal and anyone working for them is apart of this scam. I hope with whatever jessenia made off of me she pays for an outfit to look for a better , and REAL job, that is honest. She was very helpful, offered plenty of quotes and was so patient with me. My phone kept disconnecting our call and she would just call right back and we continued where we left off. This place is the worst!!!! Been trying to get a refund because I over paid, and have kept going back every two weeks for the last THREE MONTHS !! They say they'll call me to let me know, no one calls! They make you pay upwards to $300 for "maintaining the life of your policy" and they don't do anything. Went back a few weeks ago to change my car, since I bought a new one. The next person that tired to help me was trying to charge me $50 to change it. WHAT IS THIS? I thought I already paid to "maintain my policy" Don't go here , the people here just scam people out of money. Soon as my policy ends I'm switching over to someone else .
