Third call, I get transferred to an underwriter Connie who states because the policy was cancelled that I am not able to sign the form now and I would have to apply for a new policy. Really? Meanwhile, the DMV allows you to pay anyone's registration without an issue. At this point, AAA has turned multiple simple DMV-related transactions into unnecessary headaches. Not only was he easy to work with, Patrick also identified a couple gaps we had in coverage and had a quote ready for us in just a few minutes. Because of the discount Allstate gives when you have multiple policies we were able to get some better coverage than we had with Liberty Mutual for a better price. Even though we use direct pay, I love that the location is on my way home and easy to get to, on the chance we have to stop by with a question or something. I'd recommend this particular Allstate in San Marcos over some of the others in the area simply due to the fast and accurate service Patrick gives!
