I have worked with a couple of different employees here in the past, and everyone seems to be efficient and know what they are doing. They are always friendly and have been able to complete what I have needed every time. I don't think I have spent more than maybe 10 minutes here after I get to the counter (the wait time varies depending on when you come, but usually it's about 5-10 minutes tops). They can do most DMV services here (issuing plates - even specialty plates, transferring titles, completing registration, etc). I will gladly pay the small fee they charge any day instead of wasting my life at the DMV.

I have requested via phone and email that my insurance quote be updated before my next payment is due, so I can see if I'm still overpaying with the newly corrected bundled discount and their sales people are extremely slow compared to other agencies on getting me updated quotes via Email. Its been over a week of dealing with this and still not updated quote. On the other hand, I'm getting voicemails and emails from other insurance agencies who want my business. These people at Brightway are nice, but that is all they are, they are not good at selling insurance or keeping customers.

Elon Musk would have been very proud of the Farmers insurance price " launches" they cold heartedly tried to impose on me, a long term, loyal customer! The Farmers insurance price increases are utterly ridiculous and completely unaffordable...to say the least. I called Courtney and let her know I was actively shopping for a new insurance company and agent because of the prices offered by Farmers. She quickly responded by researching alternative insurance coverage for me from other vendors her office represents in addition to Farmers. I then compared Courtney's new proposals for auto and home insurance with other quotes I received from a State Farm agent and an independent insurance broker. For basically the same insurance coverage, Courtney was able to reduce my 6 month auto insurance bill by about $470. She also presented another company's homeowners insurance proposal which was over $1,100 lower annually than what Farmers Insurance wanted to hose me for! State Farm had a fair quote, but, in total, it was $300 higher than Courtney's bid annually. The independent agent's bid was about $500 higher in total, annually. Point is... it pays to let your agent know you will not submit to being robbed by the insurance industry! You need to be willing to shop around for new coverage, a new insurance company and a new agent! If your agent is anything like Courtney, they will work hard to earn your business again.

The office waiting area is a bit small, but they offer water, coffee and snacks. The receptionist was pleasant and competent. They do a lot of work with the Long Reality next door, but our deal was closed at the time it was set for when I was worried I'd have to pay another month on that mortgage.

Repeated calls and emails have been totally unsuccessful in Nova's even finding my check. I live in Tucson, but the Tucson office couldn't take my check; I had to send it to Dallas. When it hadn't been cashed after 10 days, Nova said, "Oh, our Dallas office has to send it to Phoenix to be processed". Phoenix still hasn't cashed it, and can't even track it down in their system.
