So my husband had to call into work and tell them he'd be in at 10 so he could come do this. We get to the office at 8 and nobody is there. It's now 8:10 so we call them and get customer service in Phoenix who said they all open at 9 ‍ again, on the building itself it says they open at 8 every day except Tuesday. It's Friday!!!
