I call to check and no one can answer my questions as it seems to always be the "other guy" who has the info. I called Customer Service who said that I should talk to someone's boss... called and left a message and no call back. I call to check on any updates and again, the information is in someone else's hands. I have never had such bad customer service and I am completely disgusted. So my opinion is if you are considering a refi, then you might not want to deal with LoanDepot.
