The young lady was very nice to me and she asked me questions she gave me different options what is in at which kind you want to do economy, overnight, ground, insurance etc. she took her time she was very nice very friendly :-) good customer service. They even have 15 minutes double space parking in front of the place which is nice in my opinion if you are in a hurry you don't wanna park far away walk on the snow or rain to deliver your package. I understand, but overall the service is always good. They know what they're doing and take care of everyone as quickly as they can. So knowledgeable and efficient. I know going into it that I'm going to curse the parking lot and have to wait a bit. But the location is so convenient that it's worth it. If you want spaciousness check out the post office on 45th Avenue over by Highway 169. That is a sweet parking lot with a bright spacious lobby area.
