Run!!!…read more We verified their service manager lied to us multiple times that we can verify, about our repair and we had to take our car to a different shop to find out they screwed up the alignment so bad that our tires were destroyed when we drove the car after getting it back. & we had to replace them. They actually gave us our car back with the dash AWD alert light on so they kept the car for another week to fix that problem. Second shop said they've never seen an alignment this bad ever, & we've been bring our cars to them for the past 4 years. We had to use Legacy Dodge because the power stealing went out and they had to replace. I took photos of the ruined tires that had been riding on the outer rims. I was in the shop and they showed me the 6.0 & 6.4 readings for the alignment while it was on the rack. Owner refuses to take ownership of the problem even after weeks of giving him every single piece of evidence he asked for & we've been forced to obtain a lawyer to get justice because no amount of actual evidence is enough for the owner of Legacy Dodge, who is NOT the same owner as Legacy Ford. We will see him in court, because our experience with them has shown them to be both irresponsible and lacking any semblance of integrity whatsoever. We are contacting Legacy corporate where they get their brand licensing from, & Chrysler too to report this problem. God help anyone who is forced to use Legacy Dodge for their fleet!

I won't go into this part too deeply, but we had some rather infuriating experiences with a different Commerical Tire store and the Reagional Manager, whose office is in this La Grande Sstore came to our rescue. Since our car has AWD and all of the tires need to have the same tire depth, all 4 tires had to be replaced. He made it right again, got us back into new tires, honored the warranty and even rechecked the alignment completed an oil change free of charge for our troubles. I can't say enough for his professionalism and integrity he really pulled us out of a tight spot and that says volumes about this La Grande store and how it is managed. I'm not sure if the gods of rental trucks and trailers have different days designated as the weekend and if they do I sure wish they'd share this with the rest of western civilization. Uhaul has this deal that if the trailer you rented isn't ready as promised then they'll give you 50 dollars. Well, I contacted Steve Womack and he credited my credit card 50 dollars. Not really the same as 50 bucks in my wallet but at least he got halfway there. My rather long drawn out point is, don't call uhaul on a Saturday morning to pickup the same day to move your father-in-law who just fell and expect this place to be open. You'll only end up cursing out some poor guy trying to make a living at the uhaul call center (probably in Omaha) demanding a refund. Glad his favorite chair fit in my rig.

They told me they were booked for the next 1-2 weeks but would at least be able to scan the code to give us an idea of what the issue was. We first said "no thank" as we sat in the car outside their shop for about 20 minutes calling several other places even some outside the town who were also booked. Mind you we were traveling from Washington to California overnight. We didn't want to wait even a day or two. Eventually, we had them scan the code and they saw the issue (spark plug #6 was burned off completely, too close to metal) and were able to replace it. They went from "sorry we're booked" to being able to help us out after all.
