We enrolled our little girl into the toddler program (room 2) and have been incredibly happy with the care she's received at Kindercare Fremont (Paseo)! After touring a few daycares in the area, we initially picked Fremont Kindercare for location and hours of operation. We thought it was great that they offer care from infants through preschool in one spot (no need for multiple drop offs or changing locations every year or so). Plus, my husband and I start work early and it was one of the few places that open at 6:30am. We also thought the app was convenient for communicating with the teachers/director and receiving daily photos of our girl. Once she started the toddler program, however, we really saw how the teachers and staff are the backbone of the center. I was so impressed that Miss Rachita (center director) knew every child by name. Every teacher we've met there provided the same level of attentiveness and care to the children (even when teachers from other rooms occasionally sub in). Our girl has learned so much and made many friends. We love that the programs are themed with seasons/holidays each month. We enjoy seeing artwork that the children bring home (eg handprint hearts). The center regularly hosts special events for the children and families to get together. It truly feels like being part of a supportive and loving community. Big shoutout to the lovely teachers in Room 2, who have so many years of experience and clearly care about their students! Thank you for providing such excellent care. We started KinderCare for our baby couple months back. Good thing is timing are flexible and it's convenient location. We were worried about our infant will be in day care, Ms. Gurdeep a wonderful teacher,welcomed our son to KinderCare infant room and made him feel safe, happy and comfortable. Teacher are very friendly and they genuinely enjoy and love their job. Office staff help answer all queries. KinderCare teachers really care for babies and Ms. Gurdeep puts lot of efforts to ensure baby drinks, eats well[helping baby eat solid], nap wells and comfort him. Provides update and babies picture as day progresses that gives us assurance baby is safe and well.Also, thank you to Ms. Marcy and Ms. Amaya for providing care to Ridansh and looking after him. They ensure Ridansh is fine, feed and enjoying, give the status update at the end of the day. We've had an amazing experience with this daycare since my daughter started attending. She began her journey in the infant room when she was just 8 months old. Like many parents, we were a bit nervous at first, but the teachers in Room 1 quickly made all our worries disappear. I truly appreciate the care and attention from all the teachers, especially Ms. Gurdeep. She has been incredibly patient and nurturing, helping my daughter adjust to a completely new environment. My daughter became very attached to Ms. Gurdeep -- she would light up whenever she saw her and even missed her on her days off I was particularly concerned about nap time at school since it's so different from home (no white noise, dark room, or sleep sack), but Ms. Gurdeep helped her settle in beautifully -- even supporting her through solid food transitions. She always kept me updated on what my daughter liked, what she didn't, and what foods she was still learning to eat. My daughter absolutely loved her time in Room 1 and adored her teachers -- she would even miss Ms. Gurdeep whenever she had a day off! The team also made her transition to Room 2 smooth and stress-free. Now that she's in Room 2, she continues to thrive. The teachers there are also wonderful. She really enjoys spending time with all the teachers there, especially Ms Wei, who always engages her with songs, stories, and fun activities. She's learning so much, starting to talk more, and always comes home smiling. Thanks to the wonderful teachers in both rooms, she's learning so much, becoming more confident, and always comes home smiling. My son has been going to this daycare since April 2023 and we have had a great experience so far. When he started, he was in the infant room. Ms. Gurdeep, Ms. Marcy and Ms. Adoriana were wonderful with him. He cried for the first couple of days. They gave me a narrative of what he did the whole day. Pictures were uploaded on the app throughout the day. Easy to communicate with the teachers via their app. After a month, he moved to the toddler room. It took some time to adjust for sure but teachers were so kind and friendly. They do painting almost everyday( well, he has learnt to hold a brush and move it around.). They sing to kids and I get to see videos of the same almost everyday. Happy to see him run to his room these days. The center director Ida needs a big shoutout for supervising the team! Thank you. The only other feedback as a parent is to provide some healthy alternatives for kids who are picked up after 5. For anyone reading this and interested in the center : I put my child's name even before he was born and it took me a year to get him a spot in the infant room. We have been taking our son to this Daycare/Transitional Kindergarten program for almost a full year now, and I have to say that his TK teacher, Ms. Lisa, along with the center director Ms. Ida, and the other transitional kinder aids Ms. Suma and Ms. Ayesha never failed to make my son feel included, safe, and provided for during his time there. Thank you all for empowering him!! I enjoyed collaborating with and keeping up with Ms. Lisa, his main teacher, throughout our time at KinderCare, as she provided my son not only with the pre-K/TK learning experience in the classroom, but also provided him with care and empathy throughout his learning journey. This provided my son with a nurturing and fun environment where he could express himself safely and learn to be with others as well in the classroom. Without Ms. Lisa, I feel that the direction of his learning would have gone a different direction. With that being said, it makes me sad to note that we will be leaving soon after his graduation, but wish the many teachers there with well wishes and empowerment to keep up the awesome work!! This facility is definitely worth it, as they provide not only TK/Pre-K learning, but also infant care and early childhood education programs as well. We have amazing experience with the care they provide in taking care of our kid. The teachers in room 3 Ms.Preeti, Ms.Cheryl and Ms.Maya are very very supportive and understanding. They take care of kids with outmost care and attention. We felt happy dropping our son off here everyday as we knew that he enjoyed the company of other kids and his teachers. The teachers are very kind and made him feel like home. The teachers also helped in his transition to room 4, which also has amazing teachers providing great care and attention to their kids. I have two kids enrolled in Fremont KinderCare--my 3-year-old son, who is now in room 6, and my 1-year-old daughter, who is in the infant room. My son has been there for two years, starting in room 2, and my daughter for 5 months. Both of my kids have had nothing but positive experiences at this center. My son, who is old enough to tell me otherwise, always lets me know that he had a great day, and I can tell that he's sincere based on all of the photos/videos of him that get posted on the app. He recently transitioned from Rm 4 (where he was very fond of Ms. Fatemeh who treats him with so much love!) to Rm 6, and the teachers worked on the transition for a few weeks to ensure that he felt comfortable and ready to move to a new room. He now really enjoys his new teachers, Ms. Lala, Ms. Priya, Ms. Sharmila, and Ms. Rosie, who are all kind, loving, and supportive of him and all of their students. My son typically struggles with transitions, including morning drop-off; Ms. Lala always greets him with a smile and quickly distracts him with a morning activity so that he avoids a meltdown as I leave. She also answers any questions that I have about his behavior and offers excellent advice based on decades of working at the center. Ms. Sharmila also takes the time to check in and let me know how my son's day went, where he struggled, and where he did well; this critical feedback lets us focus our efforts at home on helping him develop certain skills so that he can thrive. We also recently enrolled him in the bi-weekly phonics program with Ms. Wanda, and now he is always looking forward to that class. I love listening to him tell me all about the letters/words he learned, and he is just as excited to share his new knowledge. My daughter also absolutely loves her time in the infant room. She is always playing with a new toy or trying a new activity. Ms. Marcy helped us safely introduce her to solids, which has opened up her little world. Ms. Marcy also has wonderful advice about my daughter's development and takes the time to answer any questions that I may have about upcoming milestones. She genuinely cares about my daughter, messaging if she is absent just to check in and make sure everything is OK. I also love the infant room's positive energy. For example, Ms. Gurdeep always meets my daughter with a smile and enthusiasm in the mornings; I know this sets a wonderful model for her to follow as she grows. There is nothing more comforting than knowing my daughter is safe and so well cared for by such loving teachers as Ms. Marcy, Ms. Amaya, Ms. Gurdeep, and Ms. Adoreanne. Overall, this center is filled with first-class teachers and administrative staff. Ms. Ida, the center director, keeps the center clean, well-organized, safe, and enjoyable for all. The tenure of the teachers, most of which have been working there for tens of years, is a true testament to the satisfaction of the staff, which in turn creates an invaluable sense of stability, familiarity, and comfort for its precious little occupants. read more

This review is for their infant classroom. We started sending our baby here end of Feb-2023, when she was only 5-months old. I had joined their waitlist almost 10-12 months before the desired start date but still due to the long waitlist, the spot wasn't guaranteed until the last minute. Miss Ida, the center director always wears a smile on her face and is very accommodating and reasonable. She has set a great culture at this Kindercare location. After 1-week of settling time, our baby actually found her second home. She could not crawl or even sit without support when she started here, which made me nervous initially, but their classroom has infant cushions to help support babies of this age so they can sit upright, play and look around with ease. Her assigned teacher was Miss Marcy and I can't praise her enough, now we have reached a point where our baby eats or can nap with her help more easily than us. She promptly attends to her every need, our custom requests, and sends us periodic updates and photos all throughout the day. Other teachers also take care of our baby in her absence. Miss Gurdeep has lots of energy to make the babies smile. Our baby is happy there from the time of drop off to pick up, she actually fusses at home more as she misses her classroom environment (so many toys, kids, teachers, and activities). We get many smiling photos of our baby from her classroom. Babies here get a safe environment to roll, crawl, explore different art and sensory activities, and most importantly learn to socialize and make friends at such an early age. They also did a Halloween parade in their playground recently where the infants also could participate. It gives us so much delight to see our munchkin getting all these exposures at such an early age. We are 200% sure now that our baby would not have had this kind of environment or happiness had she stayed home under any of our family members' care or any nanny's care. I must say there are phases where our baby falls sick and stays home, which disturbs us badly since being both working parents we have to manage work along with taking care of her but we keep hearing from doctors, the classroom teachers, and even other parents who sent their kids early on that this will help build their immunity and reduce frequencies gradually, and no matter what age they start in daycare or school, this phase is going to happen. I feel it may be better to start early on like 4-5 months of age, since stranger anxiety builds and gets stronger as babies approach 1-year of age and then the settling time for the baby can stretch to several weeks making parents more anxious seeing their crying babies. There aren't many daycares around here that take infants, so if you need one, join Kindercare's waitlist during pregnancy. In-home daycares can take last minute but most of them keep the infants, toddlers, and even 5-year olds in the same room which scares the hell out of me. So overall I highly recommend this place to any new parent, it gives a lot of value for the money we pay vs had we paid much more to a nanny keeping our baby at home. read more

Our now 16-month old has been at Fremont Paseo Padre Kindercare for nearly a year and we couldn't be more happy with the care and love she's received from the teachers and staff in the infant room and beyond. Ms. Gurdeep and Ms. Amaya are so sweet. You can tell that they truly care for the children in their room like they're their own. They are great about keeping us updated throughout the day about all the things parents are concerned about when leaving such young children at daycare -- naps, meal intake, diapers. But also, they keep us updated about how she's feeling, her developmental milestones and more. My daughter often doesn't want to leave at the end of the day, which says more than any words ever could. read more

We have not had the greatest experience at Kindercare. Ms. Ida is a pure business woman but not a good administrator. She has never risen to the occasion and addressed any issue but is extremely communicative once a year when it is time for parents to give feedback and ratings for the center. She will openly request parents to give nothing short of a 5 star rating and people do as they don't want to jeopardize things for their children there. Ms. Azra was the person who truly cared and addressed issues promptly. Coming to the teachers, Ms. Brionna is a bully. She talks down to parents in a condescending manner, gets very loud and overbearing when we try to ask something or give any feedback. When the child comes in in the morning, she will not even bother to say a hello nor say a bye when the child leaves. She will just be sitting there in the middle of the room with a very unwelcoming expression on her face. She does not take any feedback. Posting this snap of the teacher Brionna's Christmas wishlist. Under books, she has written 'Ehh..' and she is supposed to be a teacher who guides our children there. We had two kids go there full time. We've gone through a few other daycare centers as we moved around the past few years. Fremont Kindercare has been the best, by a long shot. Ms.Brionna is probably one of the strongest teachers there. Very kind and sweet with the kids, and has good control of the classroom. She always shares positive as well as well thought out constructive feedback regarding the kids which allows us to continue to work with our kids at home on the behaviors we are trying to develop. Both of my kids faces light up when they see their old teachers at the center. Ms. Ida is the center director and one of the main reasons we decided to enroll our kids the several years ago. My 9-months old baby joined the infant class in March 2023, transitioned to the toddler class in July 2023. We had really good experience with the Fremont Kindercare infant program. Ida is the center director, I talked to her when I called to inquire about the infant program and later she gave me a tour of the center. She is very organized, professional and friendly. Our baby's favorite person ever is Ms.Gurdeep, she always brings a huge smile to my baby's face. This made drop off very easy because my baby opens up his arms as soon as he sees Ms.Gurdeep. Ms.Marcy was our secondary teacher, my baby also loves her. If I have another baby, I will probably send him/her here even earlier (before-9 months)! My 10 month old started going here earlier this year and joined the infant room which mostly focused on allowing children to play around. I was very apprehensive when I was dropping him off for the first time as I had never spent any time away from him but I can safely say that its the best decision I made. Their student to teacher ratio is 4 to 1 and the teachers were always patient and kind to the children. My child was part of Ms. Marcy's team of 4 and she was excellent. That is not to say that other teachers weren't. Ms Gurdeep and Ms Amayra were also very kind to all the children and inculcated good habits among the infants. I often saw Ms. Gurdeep and others holding children and rocking them to sleep if a child was having trouble resting. They always praised the children and never talked about the difficulties of taking care of children, creating a positive and happy environment for the kids and parents. They are very good with communicating the needs of the child and explaining to the parents what happened throught the child's day. My lil one was a good sleeper and they helped schedule him for his two naps in the day and fed him food by hand when he was unable to handle food himself. They also made sure to tell me about his milestones such as eating by hand, taking steps, surviving without a pacifier. There is so much to say but what truly encompasses the whole experience for me as a parent is extreme gratitude. For a first time parent like me, it wasnt easy to let go of my child and allow someone else to care for him, change diapers, feed and help raise, but they did as good of a job, if not better, as I would have and for that I am truly thankful. Its hard finding reliable childcare with people you can trust but I can happily say that I would trust my child with any of them any day. Now that my child is in the next class, he is getting his outdoor play time and painting sessions along with story time, but where we truly started to see his personality is through the kind care of Ms. Marcy, Ms. Gurdeep and Ms. Amayra. Thank you for your kindness, attention and positive attitude towards the kids. If youre unsure as a parent, please consider my experience. Mrs. Gurdeep was nothing short of amazing, Miona was stuck to her like glue and she always made sure I was kept in the loop and my daughter absolutely loved her. I had to update my review as my son as moved onto the Toddler Room. At first, I was nervous with the transition from Infant to Toddler Class, but that went away after the first day. My son was so happy with all the new teachers and began thriving with all of their activities. The teachers are so loving and patient with the kids and provide so many fun activities for them. The kids are always active and happy. Miss Preet has been amazing with my Son and you can truly tell she cares about him, along with all of the teachers. i don't know where to start but i want to say this is the best place for your child. my baby Aayat 6 months old has been enrolled only since 4 days and i can tell you how loved she is there by Ms Marcy and Ms Gurdeep. My daughter was on bottle refusal but she has been taking full bottles from Ms Marcy since day 1. They are absolutely god sent. They hold my baby when she needs them and even sometimes they hold her while she is sleeping. They keep sending me pics and updates thruout the day. Not even one day i have seen my baby upset or sad. Infact all other child are also extremely happy when we go to pick her up or drop off. My life has changed for good in just a week and now both husband and i can work at peace. My little one has been going to this lovely place since he was three months old. Even today, he gets excited to be there and meet his teachers and friends. I can't pick one teacher's name because the team of teachers is fantastic. They teach sing and dance and guide them so well. I get regular updates about my son`s development and we are happy about what our son is turning out to be. My daughter attended KinderCare Fremont since she was 8months old. We loved everything about the infant program. All the infant teachers and center director, Ms Ida are fabulous. My daughter was very attached to Ms Marcy. Ms Marcy is so loving and patient with the babies. She provided detailed feedback, lots of pictures, videos and updates throughout the day, so we always had an idea how my daughter is doing. My daughter has definitely become very social. It was so nice to see how daycare, all the teachers helped my 8 months old to be more interactive, social and independent eater. We had to move her since we relocated to different city. My son had a wonderful time attending this Fremont KinderCare from 2-yr old to 4-yr old, at which point, he transitioned to a public school's TK program. My son initially had a hard time moving from a different KinderCare location, and Ms Cheryl would give him lots of hugs during drop off and she played with him for a bit until he felt comfortable. Once he settled into the routine, he thrived in the nurturing environment! We love all the teachers that we've met there, but Ms Suma, Ms Deja, Ms Miranda and Ms Fatemeh were my son's favorites in the few classrooms he was in. I really appreciated how they really cared for my son's welfare and was amazed at how many new things he learned at each stage. I found that KinderCare had a very good curriculum: during one of my son's well child visits, the nurse was impressed by how much my son knew (shapes, alphabets, simple additions and subtractions) compared to other kids he came across at that age! But she was wonderfully handled by the teachers at the infant class. She was given the personal attention she needed, and it was so much better by week 3 where she truly enjoyed being around the teachers and the other kids. I appreciate the teacher's hard work to manage so many kids and also provide daily updates and pictures to make the parents feel they are not missing out on anything. My daughter was always welcomed by Ms. Marcy and she was super attached to her, I genuinely appreciate the way she helped out my daughter to step out and see the outside world. We've had a great experience at KinderCare! Both my children went from infant room through their Kindergarten year. All the teachers are kind and caring and we felt our kids were well taken care of. The director makes herself available for questions and helps out in all the rooms. My daughter was involved in the phonics program and it really helped boost her reading and writing skills. I visited so many pre schools before finalizing Kindercare. We put our daughter for 1/2 day classes to start with and she wouldn't want to come back home. She loved to stay there so much as they had lots of activities inside and outside classroom and she got to spend time with more kids. Their Phonics and Math programs were awesome. Our daughter started reading at age 3. Her first teacher was Ms. Fatemeh. She is so lovable and takes very good care of the kids. If the school had classes after Pre K, we would have continued. My daughter has been attending Kindercare for 6 months since last year. She was pretty shy and we were worried if she would enjoy it. She had morning cries in the first 1.5 month. And teachers in her classroom were always hugging her to make her comfort until she was calming down. Gradually she adapted and now she looks forward to going to school.  Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Maria, Ms. Sanskriti and Ms. Suma in her classroom are so nice and patient to all kids, and truly caring in their students. My daughter always comes back home with happy mood. She learns a lot and makes many friends. She really enjoys singing songs in class and she constantly sings at home to us and to herself. They have a large playground and usually go outside playing twice a day if the weather is permitting. My daughter loves to play toys with many of her friends in the playground. Moreover, they have a variety of extra classes you can choose to register, phonics, mathematics, mandarin and cooking classes. My daughter has an great experience in her mandarin class. Ms. Lili is a passionate and creative teacher who inspires her desire to learn. She creates many activities in class to enhance to learning experience. It surprises me that my daughter shows tremendous interests on learning and has huge improvement on speaking and reading Mandarin. She learns a variety of topics in class, for examples, numbers, colors, cities, maps, family, animals and traditions, etc.. They learn to sing, read poems and stories. They also celebrate some traditional festivals. She even recognizes and reads some simple words. The class is three times a week, now she is so happy and excited to be in that class. All the infant room teachers were so loving and caring (Ms. Marcy, Ms. Gurdeep, and Ms. Amy)! Classroom was decorated with kids' pictures and seemed clean/organized. They would plan sensory and other fun activities time to time. We appreciated all the pictures/videos and updates through out the day; it made being at work so much easier. The center director (Ms. Ida) and all the teachers were friendly and approachable. Messages were answered quick. If there was any incident, we were always notified. And the hours allow parents to work full time!! We have attended many daycares (including few KinderCares), because we had to move around for my husband's work. Both of my kids are recent graduates from this particular daycare center. My wife visited several preschools in the region before deciding on this center, and we are so glad we did. Our kids loved the program, and graduated being more academically and socially prepared for kindergarten than their counterparts. My daughter graduated last autumn. On her last day, the teachers cried. That's how much the teachers love their kids at KinderCare. Ms. Cyndi does a great job of running the center. Everything is well organized. The fees may seem high for the uninitiated, but it's really a small price to pay for the knowledge that my kids were happy, safe, and learning for the 10 hours they spent there each weekday. read more

My 2 year old daughter has been attending this site since November 2018 and I love the care she's getting there. Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Maria, Ms. Suma and Ms. Sunskriti are wonderful. They love my little girl like she's their daughter. The center is clean and her classroom bright, welcoming and well organized. The center offers a higher scope curriculum and has several small group enrichment programs including music and movement, cooking, phonics, math and Mandarin! I signed my son up for one week before he started kindergarten. The staff was so nice and attentive to him- they took his picture for his temporary cubby and made him feel very welcomed while he was there. He told me he had fun every day he was there. They even had a jumper one day! They have Guinea pigs in the office and have tons of learning stations throughout the center. I think my son would have had a great time if he was able to stay longer. They also have a key code entry for protection and provide snacks and lunch. Their hours are really convenient too. I wish I had found them sooner! read more

My son started at Kindercare from 6 months old and I am happy with our decision in his first day care providers. My husband and I love coming home from work and reading our son's daily progress report together over dinner. I love the level of detail Ms. Gurdeep provides with going over all of the activities she did with our son and all of his meal times and diaper changes. I feel from these reports that she genuinely cares about his growth and education and that he is receiving a curriculum rather than just day care. Also when we first dropped him off when he was 6 mos old he was just a little baby sitting up on the floor. I remember being so impressed by some of the other little kids who crawled right up to me smiling and interacting. In 1 short month, he had transformed into a little boy, crawling to greet me when I came to pick him up in the evening. Now, several months later, he's walking and very independent. I hardly recognize that little baby. Things I love about Kindercare: they provide sippy cups, spoons, bowls etc. You just bring the food and bottles you want fed (with labels they provide!). They also provide a sleep sack for your child if you choose, and bibs etc. Less laundry and washing for you! They followed my schedule to the letter but also gave me feedback when they felt he was changing or growing out of his infant schedule, or if he needed another snack for example. He has his own cubby and his own crib designated just to him. They follow AAP guidelines- back is best for sleep, no pillows etc in crib. You need to sign your child in and out each day and there are codes on all of the doors- good for security! As the child gets older, they even get food provided at school! One of my favorite things about Kindercare is the community feeling. They had events such as picture day with a professional photographer, and for Father's Day they had a group come in to make porcelain hand prints etc. I love getting these tokens and projects my son "makes" at school. I wish they would treat all the children with love and care . The kids are all out in the scorching sun after 3.30 till their parents come to pick them . They don't care if they are hungry ir thirsty or tired The teachers are just waiting for the day to ge over and don't care , especially a teacher Ms Krishna. My daughter started in the infant room at the early age of 4 months. Over the past 8 months she has grown to love her teachers and friends. Ms. Gurdeep, Ms. Rosie, and Ms. Dianna are wonderful teachers that do a great job day in and day out. They really love all the kids! To me, its important that my child gets love, affection, and attention throughout the day when I'm not able to be with her. I feel confident that she is getting all that and more at Fremont KinderCare. Its been a real joy getting to know the teachers and watching my LO blossom into the little toddler she is today. We will both miss the infant room as we transfer to another location closer to my work. I would definitely reccomend this day care. read more

My older son went to this center when he was15 months old until he was 4 years. He had a good experience over the years he was there between 2013-2015. Fast forward 2018, my younger started at this center from Jan 2018. We saw other daycares in Fremont but did not like any as much as we did KinderCare. My younger son has the same teacher in room 2 as my older. Ms Shakiba, Miss Cheryl, Miss Janet are here since the last 5 years I have been going to this place. The staff is friendly, accommodating and loving. I highly recommend this place. I know my kids are having a good experience and are safe. The downside is you have to register many months in advance, the pricing is also higher than some other places. If you want the best experience for your kids then KinderCare will provide that . read more
