We were waiting on the delivery of 6 dining room chairs yesterday when instead of chairs, the poor independent contractor delivery guy handed us an envelope with the words GOOD RIDDANCE printed on it. Enclosed was a refund for the chairs. This childish and unprofessional response was in response to an email I had sent stating we were not pleased with the proposed 'designs' for the house plus we were still waiting for our $700 credit to be used (as per their design agreement) toward the purchase of our chairs!
