Visited: February 13 This place was WONDERFUL! Staff is all so very friendly. Felt very welcoming it was nice. I only went in for a gel manicure so I didnt get to try the spa chairs but next time I definitely want to. The set up is nice, everything is clean looking and organized. My manicure was great. I was not rushed and I felt like she carefully made sure my nails were done properly. It deserves a 5 star for a nail place. Its everything you want a decent nail place to be. Yvonne was such a sweetheart! I came here to get a pedicure and i told her that i have always been having problem with my nails. I had been looking for a new nail salon since we moved to the area. I usually had to drive miles to Huntington Beach to get my nails done. Yvonne brought out this special tool and fixed the problem. I was amazed. Manicurist was chatting with the lady that was doing my pedicures the whole time - paid little attention to my nails, did everything in a rush, and my French manicure came out to so messy. I had to ask the pedicure lady to redo my pinky because the manicurist left in such a rush after she finished. They only had two customers (me and this other lady), no one waiting in line or anything. I think I deserve a much better quality than this. Quite disappointed :( read more

I haven't done a yelp review in such a long time, so you know when I'm actually taking the time to review it, that means I love the place. First off, working in the medical profession, I am extremely critical about hygiene and how much a place is clean, I mean we're sharing spa seats with other women. But this has been the clienliest place I have ever been too! Even when the people are working there on breaks or downtime are double cleaning the chairs and mopping floors. So far I have been through all the technicians there and so far all have been great! Sometimes I don't even know why color I want and I just tell them and it's done and picked out for me. They are all super sweet and they have the funniest conversations with you! Take it from someone who gets her nails done consistently and has had it done practically everywhere (I mean even in places on LA) you have to come to this place. Came here today right after I had received a terrible manicure with terrible service at another nail salon down the street. I had no appointment and walked in very frustrated and upset since the other nail salon had completely ruined my nails. I asked if someone could fix my nails for me. Kim immediately started to work on fixing my nails and was so sweet and understanding, she made sure I was getting the shape that I wanted and made my acrylics look so much more natural. First two times here was a good experience, however my third visit wasn't so pleasant. I went in to get a fill and gel nails and I left with visibly uneven nails with bumps throughout the nail bed. I just have to say WOW!! My first time here... I have been searching for a great nail salon for the last 5years! I have been everywhere from LA to South OC trying to find the best place! I am SUPER picky with my nails, especially the shape and quality of the product! I fell upon this nail salon bc of my mother, who is a loyal customer and bought me a gift certificate for Christmas. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the most friendly staff ever! I had the pleasure of Annie doing my gel pedicure and Rose giving me a full set with gel. First of all, my toes were well overdue for a pedicure and needed much attention! Annie literally revived my feet and made them feel beautiful again by carefully trimming away all of the dead skin, sloughing off the callouses and soothing my legs with this amazing cooling clay! But I was most impressed by the foot massage that literally had me so relaxed that I almost felt paralyzed!..in an incredible way! She specializes in reflexology and podiatry massages! It was the best foot massage I have ever had! Then I had the pleasure of Rose do my full set with gel. Like I said before, I am extremely picky with my nail shape. In fact, I had practically given up on fake nails bc I couldn't find a person who gave me the shape I wanted! Somehow she convinced me to do a full set, at a totalllllly reasonable price, guaranteeing my satisfaction! She exceeded my expectation! I had the most enjoyable, relaxing experience as a first time customer! They did not pressure me for extra services, and in fact, they recommended services that were of less charge, based in what I wanted. Not only did I walk away feeling like a brand new woman, I walked away with a smile on my face, but also laughing so hard! (They are both hilarious!) I never write reviews unless I am totally impressed, and the is one experience that needs to go down in the books! I would be selfish not share my experience with everyone else! Oh as such a great experience doing my manicure today in my day off. I came in on a Thursday first thing in the morning and Walter greeted me. This place makes you feel so pampered. They remember my name and get to me right away. Rose did my nails today. I did a gel manicure and it came out perfect. She is so friendly and we bonded very quickly.
