I was there last week trying to give them another chance I needed a pedicure As soon as she started, it felt very rushed, and she was already getting ready to paint my toes when I informed her that I still felt a couple ingrown in my toes she looked really annoyed and tried to avoid doing them. I can tell, but I kept pushing the issue so she when she finally decided to do what I was telling her every time she would pull something out, she would scrape it on the top of my foot showing me what she pulled out in a very rude manner, and then when it came to paying it was 35 I paid her with a 40 and she kept my five dollars as a tip that I never gave her. THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE. My pictures speak for themselves. It was clear from the beginning that the lady who did my nails didn't know what she was doing from the start. It was as if she was an apprentice & decided to just go for it & attempt to do my nails because literally no one else was there to do it. For starters, she didn't even prep my bare nail before starting- yep, no cuticle trim, no smoothing out the surface with a buffer-NOTHING. I went in asking for dip and she told me she was going to put dip on the base and gel on top I thought it was totally weird, but she sold me into the fact that a lot of people did this way there (it was my first time getting this place to try). Everything she did from beginning to end was a disaster, so unprofessional, sloppy, messy & just flat out was an obvious trial run for her. In the end, my nails were bumpy, patchy, uneven, sloppy, you name it. I proceeded to tell them all of this before paying & she frantically offered to only charge me $25 and then $20 (the fact that she was settling for less and less clearly stated that she knew what she had done). It was a complete mess. Needless to say, I went back the following day to get my money back, were they proceeded to argue with me about the fact that there is nothing wrong with them the owner then said if I wanted my money back, they would take the nails off. Nope. Was not going to sit there for another hour for them to waste. After I argued with them for about 20 minutes, they returned my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!!!! read more

This shop has been here for a while but changes owners quite often. DON'T GO HERE!!! They have very few customers so what they do is use cheap (very cheap) powder so your nails break with any little tap. They do that thinking you will go back the next day and pay to get them fixed! NOT!! Why do they think they are smarted then us just because they can talk dirty about us right in front us thinking we have no clue? Well I do understand! Walked in at 1:30 in the afternoon and there was only one customer getting her nails done and two other employees. One employee sat me down and grabbed my hand and in Vietnamese says something to the woman doing the customer's nails. Then she says the employee doesn't know how to do acrylics so I need to come back in 45 minutes. 3 employees, 1 customer and I can't even get a gel fill? Someone recommended this salon, so I thought I'd give it a go. I will not return. I called a few days in advance to make an appointment with Jenny for a mani/pedi. I did not get Jenny, but two other people. I didn't have time to go elsewhere, so I went through with it. They asked me a total of four times if I wanted to do gel polish instead when I specifically said I wanted regular. I don't like being nagged with upsells. I had to ask the woman doing my mani to go back over my cuticles agin, which I ended up going over again myself at home. My toenails ended up crooked, one was jagged, and the lengths were different on either foot. There was also polish all over my cuticles. It looked sloppy. I wish I could also rate the customer next to me after her loud conversations on her cell phone. Overall, not a relaxing experience, and not a polished (no pun intended) result. Update: it's now been a week since my mani/pedi, and it already looks like I need another. Badly. Not happy after spending $60 for this. read more

I've been coming to this place for a while since it's right by my house and I have to say I really do enjoy it...I think from all the times I've been going, the polish chipped right away once but that person that did them is no longer there. Lisa does such an amazing job on my manicure, she takes her time and if it doesn't come out right, she'll correct it immediately. Kathy did my pedicure and I loved it. I bought 4 groupons for mani pedis for me and my girls. Reg mani pedi for each of them, gel pedi and reg mani for me. 1st visit - I called to make appt for 2 of us on a Friday afternoon. We got there in 10 min and there was no one avail. No one really said anything to us. They motioned us to go sit in chairs. No one drew the water bath, nothing. We sat there for 20 minutes in silence. They had given our spots to 2 other people who walked in cuz she assumed they were us. She didn't ask me my name on the phone. I hate that. We left because we had somewhere to be. I didn't want to sit for an hour and then still wait to get our nails done. We would've been late for where we were going. 2nd visit - again... I called ahead. I said I'm coming now so please don't give our spots to someone else. And reminded her how she did this to me last time. And I told her my name. We showed up. They said go sit. Someone drew ONE water bath. My daughter sat down. I asked, do you not have someone to do the 2nd mani pedi? No. They took someone else before we got there. Wtf?!!???? My daughter was grossed out because they're were these little white flies buzzing around the salon. It's not the cleanest establishment. Ugh. The girl did a so so job. And when she was done, we didn't even know she was done!! She got up and walked away. And she NEVER CAME BACK! She walked into the back room and that was it. So I asked someone... is she coming back? No. She wasn't. So they waved us to the front so I could pay. Hello???? You don't say goodbye? You don't want a tip? I'm still kind. I left her a tip w the other woman. Dude. She absolutely did not deserve it. But, whatevs. I know I shouldn't go back, but I bought these damn groupons!! So then time for 3rd visit: I went for my gel pedi and reg mani on my own. Didn't wanna bring the kid w me again. The mani was over before it began. She barely cut any cuticles off my fingers. The gel pedi was better but I don't like it when they use the dremel tool to grind/file the gel polish off. Cuz sure enough... she cut my toe. And then the rest of the pedicure she kept pouring acetone on it. And I told her, ouch! it burns! Please stop that! I don't think she understood cuz she kept using the damn acetone. So I have 1 more Groupon left. Idk what to do. I'm gonna try to get my money back but now they make you apply the credit towards a diff Groupon. Moral of this story: I gotta stop buying groupons. There is nothing deluxe about this place. I got the acrylic nails and the lady made them short fat and uneven. My nails on one hand were longer than my nails on the opposite hand. They were very rude and constantly rushing me to choose a color even though i had just sat down to start the manicure. Will never go back. Great experience! The massage chairs were really comfortable! Bella did a great job on my mani-pedi! My nails were filed evenly and the polish was applied nicely. The massages were short, but very nice. Hopefully my polish lasts for a while...it's only been 2 days and the tips look like they're about to start peeling---next time I'll probably ask for an extra coat on the tips! Cons: The service was worth the very little I paid. It is just like any ghetto nail shop. The women switch to their language when they want to talk about you, it has a strong odor, they are more attentive to the Caucasian customers and are pretty much ignored (the lady stopped my service to put shoes on for one other customer), I had to wait even with my appointment scheduled, no freshly sterile tools opened for use, when I was paying the lady tried to put her hand in my wallet. I tried this place using a Groupon. I would not go back. First they put me in the spa chair and turned on the tub water and jets while the woman proceeded to make a cell phone call. I sat there for ten minutes waiting and the foot spa water was not warm or hot so I just took my feet out and waited. Think she got the hint then and started my pedicure. The place was very dirty. The chairs and the floor showed dirt and heavy wear. It looked as if they never bothered to clean the place. The pedicure lasted for 30 minutes, the fastest "spa" pedicure I'd ever had.
