Went in for a Pedicure and brought a friend. The Pedicure lasted about 15-20 minutes. It was the biggest let down. No massage, no attention to trimming. Charged for a Pedicure, but it was more like a polish change. Not going back. read more

Hailey really is the best of the best! I just started going here after getting dip for years and she recommended I switch to builder gel so my nails can heal a bit. I made the switch and absolutely love the results! She has an expert level attention to detail, is so fun to talk to, and knocks the designs out of the park. The space itself is lovely, relaxing, and updated. They have all the best gel and polish brands and the massage chairs are top of the line. I can't wait to come back here for my next appointment! I went in for a pedicure, the salon was very accommodating and could get me in the same day. There was only one other customer in the salon and they had us elbow to elbow in the pedicure chairs. Spacing us out a little would have been nicer. The pedicure was average, somewhat rushed and a little bit rough. Almost no leg massage. Good job on painting my toes. read more

I had booked an appointment by messaging hailey on instagram because I was really wanting a specific design. I got to my appointment and she was not there that day so I had someone else do my nails and they definitely took their time to make them look cute. There was no one else in to get nails done in the morning on a Thursday tho. It was a cute place and the nail techs are sweet people. Super clean and peaceful in the morning. However, I spent 50 dollars more at French Nail compared to my regular nail place in Kirkland and all they did at French nail was give me stickers to make up for not being able to do the specific design I wanted. Theres a french nail by my house in mill creek and I always stay away from that one because of locals always telling me how expensive it is for a basic mani pedi. Maybe all French nail franchises are like that? It's a bummer that only one person at this business can do designs and they aren't always there. I go to a place in Kirkland where every nail technician can do hand painted designs and they definitely don't charge as much as I had to pay here. I was so unpleasantly surprised because it's not like the spa treatment of the nails for a mani pedi was that amazing for how much money I spent. 5 years after my first review of this place and I'm still going.. some on and off but I've now been here so many times and still have no complaints. People complain a lot about the walk-ins thing but I've seen plenty of people get in within a couple hours after walking in. But it's really not that hard to make an appointment. I have never received great service from this location, but a friend gave me a gift certificate. Granted my friend and I were late for our pedicures, but the place was not full. We were the only ones their for a pedicure the entire time. The woman who was doing my pedicure stared at my friend the entire time! Never interacted with me except when I jumped because the stones she put on my shin were searing hot. She completed the pedicure in record time. She did not spend any time on my cuticles at all. When it came down to check out they refused to accept my gift certificate. The price for the pedicure is incredibly expensive compared to many other nail salons, and the service is subpar. So I did not tip. I drew a line through the tip line. The lady who checked me out made a point of asking me "no tip?" I did not understand her question due to the broken English and I was not expecting such a question. She shouted at me, "No tip!" I told her that I clearly marked marked my tip. Then she shouted back to the person who completed my service- I'm assuming she was shouting that I did not tip since she was speaking in a foreign language. There were a couple women in the middle of a manicure and they both turned around to stare at me. It was very uncomfortable. Never going back and I will be sending everyone I know to "Nails4U" which is in the plaza with Value Village. The women are so welcoming, kind, and treat everyone as if they are the only one in the world. Even though language is a communication barrier, they continually provide kind smiles and ask if everything is okay as they treat my feet to a great massage and pedicure. Price is reasonable, but by the time I tip them, it is probably comparable to French Nail. read more

To start with had 2 couples. Women got shellac manicures and pedicures. Guys got pedicures. We spent $165. We did this for a vacation. We have done this multiple times before vacation. My shellac manicure lasted three days before the color disappeared from my nails. Other than that my nails were in great shape. This is never happened before. When I got back I went in and told them what happened. They didn't understand how it happened either. They told me to pick out a color and re-did my manicure. I had every intention on tipping the gal for doing it but to my dismay she said that would be $35. I was floored and flabbergasted that they were making me pay for a new shellac after it didn't last week. I will never go back. The pictures were taken after three days by the time I got in four days later there was literally hardly any color. read more

I used to visit this French Nail location years ago when it had just opened and came in once every two weeks to get acrylic fills. After many years without acrylics, I started them back up again. I had tried a few nail salons but was very disappointed with how they turned out and the overall cleanliness of the salons. So I decided, why not go back to French Nail, where I used to get my nails done to see how they compare. The color scheme of the interior is one of my favorite aspects of this nail salon. Definitely not your everyday white, lack luster interior that I'm used to. Ivy did my pedicure and acrylic fills and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was very nice and did such an amazing job on my fills. She was gentle and paid great attention to detail. It was obvious that she took pride in her work. I was so impressed with the finished product! Such a clean nail salon too. Everything gets put in the sanitizer immediately. I will definitely be back in less than two weeks for fills! read more

The setting of this place is very warm and inviting. They don't have the standard strip mall 80's nail photos. The pedicure chairs are high quality and give a wonderful massage. The service is very good. I got a nice hot rock massage with my regular pedicure (they also have a Tea Tree one for a bit more). They did a very good job on waxing my eyebrows. The best was how wonderfully they fixed my nails. I had gone to Forever Nails previously (next to Target, terrrrible!) and they gave me the worst nails I've had in the longest time. Not recommended! Horrible experience! It's very close to my place so I decided to give it a try for mani-pedi. Wrong choice for a relaxing Saturday morning. The technician started with the pedicure. It was okay but the massage was nonexistent. Then she started the manicure and I got distracted. I noticed the same basket of tools that she was using for my toes, on my manicure table. Since I have a fungus in one of my toes nail, I asked if the tools were the same. I was worried about the fungus transferring to my hands. I think it is a valid question. She got offended and ask me "why are you asking that?" which I explained. She was Asian but responded in very clear English that if I wanted a high end place to go to Bellevue and if I had clean my nails more often I wouldn't have fungus. Are you kidding?? Super rude! Actually, I lLOVED this place - it was the most sanitary nail salon I've ever been to.... I loved the technicians as well - Rosa and Liz were very professional. What I DID NOT love was being booked for an appointment ...and then coming in for the appointment only to find that it was "xxx's day off"... this happened to me not once or twice...but three times. And for me...three strikes and you're out. This was not Rosa or Liz's fault, but the fault of management who put in place the front desk gals who did not speak English well enough to understand (or else they choose NOT to understand) my request.
