The spam egg musubi is tasty delicious and good size for a quick afternoon snack. They also have lots of drinks and snacks. I got a few different kinds of grape juice. It's also located in the Tempe Culdesac, which has so many fun storefronts around. Depending on time of visit, parking nearby can be a little challenging. The lot may be full, but there is street parking around. Busan Mart attempts to embody the convenience store style of Asia with their readymade foods and instant noodle making stations. It's a very novel experience. The readymade foods aren't the best, but something I appreciated was that the workers here are pretty accommodating for my friend who has food allergies. They custom made a gimbap roll for her, which was so kind of them. I love that they offer instant noodle varieties and snacks that even the full sized Asian markets in the valley don't carry. If you're looking for something very specific, Busan Mart may carry it! As they're a convenience store type of concept, I would not say they're good for regular groceries or food. It's fun for a young adult or college student type of vibe, but it's also a little bit pricey for what you're getting. If you can temper expectations and keep what they're going for in mind, Busan Mart is definitely worth the visit at least once.

Here I sit, 3402 N Central, in the Pharmacy aisle of my local WAG (WAG is Walgreen's Stock symbol…read more ) waiting for new prescriptions for family. Since November, 2025, I've vacationed here a lot on Isle 16. I discovered my family member's account was data entangled with Petey the Cat, deceased dor a dozen years. Cat health and human health overlap in some prescriptions. It is about 2:30 on Saturday. Six people wait in line, I occupy a chair by the vaccination desk of my local WAG. Waiting for prescriptions called in 8 pm last night, sitting in the system since this morning, sitting in the system with one prescription tech filling orders, sitting in the system through lunch break, sitting in the system, I suppose until I appeared. I have met interesting people here since November. A new pharmacy tech, concerned about the complexities of her job. I told her about the time I had to memorize miles of ship's piping, thought I broke a pumpbfeeding the "valve nest" and got jokingly threatened with Leavenworth Prison. Don't worry kid, you'll learn. I met a grayed couple, so in love, so in friend, so helpful to eachother I was impressed. And of course, Energy Child, patiently herded by Mom as he. used the lane dividing walls for a personal gym. Super bright, super active. Great human potential. The complainers. curmudgeons and cranks stop by, floating a giant cartoon question mark over my head. Here's one now, expecting instant service, over from some valley city, in for work, feeling poorly. We all need moments of patience, smiles and geniality carry us far in life. I know, "Complainer" was once my middle name. Prescription drive up, one cashier, one tech. Busy. Plus a pharmacist for coaching. Everyone was so helpful and nice, I really appreciate it. Thank you. There's a decent grocery supply in the coolers, candy in yhe Valentine's aisle, pain relievers and tootpaste, makeup, Tide locked behind 21st century plexiglass doors. A lot in the local WAG.

I strongly advise senior citizens NOT to come here for vaccines or flu shots. I did, and it was a…read morecompletely horrible experience from start to finish. Everyone at this pharmacy is unhappy and I can surely see why. They are super busy with customer after customer after customer. I signed up online for 2:15 PM appointment, and when I arrived, there was a long line, and I was expected to stand in it. This is the first problem. Senior citizens and elderly people should not be asked to stand for long periods of time. Many of us can't do it. There were chairs, but if you sat in one, you wouldn't have a place in the line. The second problem is that they ask you to answer several questions online and when you get to the pharmacy, they hand you a sheet and you have to answer the exact same questions again! I asked why and the pharmacy intern said something like the system doesn't always catch it. I thought it was a big baloney excuse, but they are so busy. I can understand why they just say anything to keep things moving. Third, Walgreens does not even attempt to honor the appointment time. Just join the crowds waiting. I finally got my shots 40 minutes after my appointment time. Lastly, pharmacist was rude to me. He asked me my name and I gave him my name and birthdate because that is what medical situations typically want. He yelled at me for giving my birthday and said he doesn't want a lot of extra information. I think this is a clear sign of stress on this man's part because I don't think there's any reason he would've treated me that way otherwise. I said nothing else because I didn't want him to yell at me again. It was really uncomfortable. I don't think a lot of senior citizens look at Yelp so if you are young, if you are reading this and if you have elderly relatives, steer them away from this Walgreens pharmacy.
