To sum it up, there was a lack of communication between the family members as to what kind of tinting I wanted done on my vehicle. After they tinted my car, I was shocked to see that everything was entirely wrong. (I had just paid almost $400 mind you) so I was upset, especially considering I was very clear as to what I wanted done to my car. When I went back in the office and asked them about it, they immediately became very defensive and started speaking Spanish so that I couldn't understand. They were visibly panicking, and when we went out to my car, they started coming up with a whole list of random reasons as to why I was wrong... it was very bizarre and made me uncomfortable to the point where I ended up leaving. Essentially, they were gaslighting me to the max because they did not want to admit their mistake. If they had just admitted they were wrong I would have completely understood, but unfortunately, being honest is not the approach that they took in this situation. When I got home, I was looking at my windows and there were many bubbles on every window except for 1 (as well as scratches on the inside of the passenger side window). I know that it takes a few days for the bubbles to work themselves out, so I held off on writing this review. It is now over three days later and my windows are still bubbly which is a real bummer. I will have to go somewhere else to get this problem fixed. I will not go back to Goat Tints because if they did such a careless job applying the tints, I don't trust them to remove them properly. Regardless, just be aware that these are not honest business people and I do not recommend this business.

Long Appreciation Post…read more A couple weeks ago, I was rear ended on 91 by a hit and run driver who did not brake for the stopped traffic. I am extremely grateful for my Ford Explorer for keeping me safe and being able to walk away without injury. In need of a whole new back end of my Explorer, I chose Johnson's Auto Body in Tolland to repair my car because of a positive referral. I cannot express HOW INCREDIBLE they were!!! Renee, who works the office, was AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL and walked me through the entire process. She was genuinely empathtic and consistently reassured me that "I, and my Explorer, are in very good hands" and that "I was going to get it back and it'll look like nothing ever happened." She sent me a text message every day with an update on the car, insurance or just to see how I was doing and feeling. Sure enough, I got my Explorer back and it looks PERFECT!! I was very disappointed in the work done at A&M. I was visiting from out of town and had my…read moreexhaust break. I took it to A&M for a repair. There is a piece in the exhaust that has a 3 bolt flange at the front and rear. I even suggested that I hoped that 6 bolts and 2 gaskets would (hopefully) solve the problem. A&M only fixed the front 3 bolts and charged me 2 hours. Problem is the rear 3 bolts broke the next day on the interstate in Harrisburg, PA. Any competent mechanic would've recognized the other 3 bolts (9 inches away from the fronts) were equally rusted. Monroe Muffler was very helpful and got us on a lift immediately Made the exact same repair (3 bolts and a gasket) in 40 minutes and we were on the road again in less than an hour. So, in summation A&M either took advantage of me, charging 2 hours for a 45 minute fix and only doing a halfway repair or are very incompetent.
