Even then, I wouldn't mind, but their response to the issue was terrible. I returned to the attendant and asked him to retrieve my antenna from the inside of the car wash, which he did. He then asked, "so, do you want to fill out a damage report or something?" No apology, nothing. Just that question, and then I was handed a clipboard. Such stellar customer service, don't you think? Well, in any event, I filled out the report, and the attendant took it, and just left. A few days later, I got a call from their manager, Raffi, who asked me to drive back out there to take a look at the car. I did so, and he looked at it, saw that yes, the antenna was broken (something their attendant could have done while I was there originally), and told me that he'd call me back the next day after talking with his boss. The next day, I received a call from him, in which he said that he thinks the antenna just fell off on its own, and that they wouldn't be doing anything about it. Again, no apology. When I inquired further with the company, I received another call a few days later that said pretty much the same thing: they're not willing to do anything about the problem. When I told them that I'd no longer patronize their company's car wash, gas stations, or quick lubes, only then did he apologize... and even then, only that he was "sorry that I would no longer be their customer." If they were this much of a pain about an antenna, imagine how much of a pain they'd be if one of their quick lube techs made a mistake. Not worth taking the chance with a car that was, until their wash got it, in great shape. I'll not patronize them again, and I suggest that you avoid them as well.

Many cars are in line for a car wash though due to the rain and change of weather here. Once he finishes cleaning his rental, we will drop his off, and go get my rental from the hotel to clean it. The state has rules in Massachusetts. You can't play music as you vacuum your car. The sign says "Radios must be off at all times." I'm from Miami, Florida so this definitely won't be a great rule there since just about everyone plays music when their car is being washed and or vacuumed. I understand their rules because when you blast music, some of the music lyrics aren't appropriate and other listeners don't appreciate it. My husband most likely will be back if he need to vacuum out the van. The large vacuums are great.

This place is an absolute madhouse on a busy day. They offer free vacuums, car washes, and a small…read morevariety of convenience type items. The free vacuums lack suction and cause you to drive around to find a better one. Each vacuum has a 5 minute time limit. The car wash does a good job, but is very expensive. I try an avoid this Sunoco because of how stressful it is getting in and out, but it's one of the few places that carry 91 octane. They've updated the free vacuums and they are really good now.
