Since I decided to pick up running as a hobby of mine to better myself mentally and physically - I wanted to stop by and see if I could get further assistance on running shoes in general. The store offers a selection of running shoes and gear, catering to all level of runners. From beginners (like me) to seasonal athletes. I was pleased to see the variety of brands and styles available, however slightly overwhelmed to find the right pair of shoes. After talking to the owners and a casual conversation as to my personal goals and why I was visiting, they made sure to take their time and test a few sneakers out to see which ones I liked. Needless to say, I'm happy to recommend Team Nashville if you were looking for a in-person store for some guidance and sneakers in general! Value seems reasonable, I asked if they have any discounts in general but I don't think they said they do (worth a shot I guess?) While they have a solid selection of shoes, I prefer their casual/dress shoes to their sneaker selection. I have picked up more loafers and dress shoes from DSW than sneakers for sure. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

As of late, the one in Eagan, MN has been getting my business. While at Opry Mills, I found this store and went in. I tend to hit the discounted wall of shoes, which happen to be on the back walls. The variety was impressive for my size 11 feet. I spent some time trying on various pairs of sneakers, from high-tops to platforms. I ultimately fell in love with a lightweight pair of navy blue sneakers. The footbed in them is so comfy. I approve this improvement! I saw a bunch of key chains. I got a purple Converse one. Honestly, if you shop online, you better be sure you're keeping what you buy because returning or exchanging something is unnecessarily difficult. Even though they state a 14-day return policy, you can't simply take your item back to the store--even if it's only been one day since pickup. You have to email, wait for approval, and sometimes make phone calls just to arrange a basic return or exchange. If it happens to be the weekend, good luck, because there's no one available to handle it. I love their merchandise, but the return process makes me think twice about ordering online again. I stopped by a few weeks ago looking for some new outfits for the upcoming Music City Rodeo, and let's just say I left with more than a few options. What I loved most was that they carry most of the sizes. A lot of outlet stores can be hit or miss when it comes to sizing, but that wasn't the case here. My only advice is not to go in a rush. Take your time looking through the racks because that's where the best finds are. A little patience can go a long way! Will definitely be back.
