They have a causal selection, then more dressy and they also have plus sized, shoes, and accessories. The good thing is their clothes are good at mix and match so those lacy tanks and those cut up jeans I can never see my married self wearing...well they have things for me too! I find the store more easy to shop in then other clothing stores, things are placed in a pattern (dressy on the right, plus in the back, jeans on the left along with causal) and the music isn't very very loud so I can't think like other stores. The employes are very nice and normally the same girl seems to stay with you the whole time. I was there for over an hour tonight and she was there the whole time, ready to grab what ever I was looking for. Very helpful and friendly. So tonight I ended up with some cute blazers, shirts, tanks and scarves. All cute,stylish but the store selection made it so I wasn't stuck looking like I took a 16 year old's top like I always feel if I go to American Eagle. It's a drive for me but I love going there! It's worth dropping by, they have a wonderful selection of feminine clothing.

I use to shop at another store and I would buy $50 or more worth of clothes and then I'll only get them to wear them once because the quality was so poor, the clothes would rip in the washer and dryer. But with Delia's, I can wash them as many times and still wear them over and over again. Plus, the sales girl there are nice and friendly!

We've been very frustrated visiting this store on multiple occasions. Today was no exception. My daughter to to try try on clothes. Several girls were working and chatting about their weekends. On 2 occasions I went over and asked for help and did receive help. However, no one cam e back to the dressing room to see if we needed different sizes or help matching items. I had to do it all- very frustrating. Finally we were leaving as the store was closing and one salesgirl was trying to rush us out of the store. We found her to be brusque and clearly disappointment that we were taking up her time. She proceeded to overcharge us $25 for our clothes (the clothes should have been $50 total and she charged us $75- bug difference!). When I told her that we were overcharged she looked annoyed and changed the prices but with no apology of any kind. Delias has cute clothes, but they are very overpriced for both the quality of the clothes and for the poor service.

I wanted to see the selection in person and was specifically looking for several items that I had seen online. Although there were only 3 customers in the store, no one greeted me, offered to help, or acknowledged me in any way. After carrying around several items for a while, I finally approached an associate and asked if I could have a fitting room. The associate said, "I guess I could do that." After trying on some items, I needed another size. I called and called for assistance but no one ever came. I left over $600 of items that I planned to purchase in the dressing room and walked out empty handed. No one even spoke to me as I left. In this economy and climate, I would have expected at least some customer service. Very sad since I loved my dress but I probably won't be back.

They have a great selection of shoes at discounted prices. From casual sandals, sneakers, boots to dressy shoes for a black tie affair, you can find it there, If you are lucky, you can find a pair of designer shoes at a real bargain. Tney have all sizes. Inventory changes frequently so stop by often. I needed some "bling" shoes for a sneaker ball event. I was able to find the Betsy Johnson bling sneakers for half the price I would have paid at the local department store. I also picked up a couple pair of sandals. The service is very friendly and staff is super helpful with finding shoes. I highly recommend if you are looking for new shoes.

However the employees refused to service me at all because the pants I had purchased were on sale. I can understand preventing a return, but not even allowing an exchange? Doesn't make sense, other than the "power high" some ppl get by treating customers poorly. I actually like the employees here, they have ALWAYS helped me out with whatever issue I have had, I don't know what has changed but I really hope this was a one-off incident. As we were leaving the store, he turned to my husband and said, "Good luck with her." Even if I were a difficult customer, that behavior is so unbelievably disrespectful. M'boro absolutely should have honored it but refused to, just because they didn't want to take the return. As a customer, I should be able to expect all locations to honor the terms stamped on my receipt from ANY location. Will never shop at the M'boro location again. Ever. Brentwood location is great, M'boro location is terrible.
