For example, when one of us asked to get another Orangina, her response was dismissive and rude--"another??? what do you want?"--instead of the basic courtesy you would expect in any restaurant. Later, when one of our family members brought food from elsewhere (something we didn't realize wasn't allowed), instead of calmly explaining, she immediately began yelling at us in an aggressive and humiliating manner. Her tone was not just unprofessional--it was hostile. When we decided to simply take our food to go and leave, she chased after us outside, shouting, "What's the problem?!" in a threatening way, making us feel unsafe. Other customers looked uncomfortable as well, as her behavior was not only directed at us but created a negative atmosphere overall. It wasn't the restaurant itself--it was her. She clearly did not care about her place, her business, or the people trying to enjoy a meal there. This wasn't just bad service--it was a complete lack of respect for customers. We left shocked and deeply disappointed. If management cares at all about their reputation, they should seriously address this behavior. I'm a sucker for some pomme de terres and their mashed potatoes were so so rich and creamy. I left very satisfied.
