Here's where the trouble begins. I brought my town car in, he installed everything, I drove it out of his parking lot and 3 blocks(if that) down the road the car died, I had never had any problems with this car (It's a Lincoln) So I restarted it and worked on getting it to my house only a few more blocks away, it died, and died, and died.. and by then I could smell gas so strong I was pretty much getting high. Finally got it in my driveway, got out and looked under the car, it was pouring out gas. He ended up drilling this damn amp to the gas tank AGAIN! Before I was even able to get the car back to him though, the amp I just paid for and he installed died. He sent it off, I got it back it worked for another week and died again, I brought it back, he implied that i was messing with it, even though I had NEVER touched it. He sent it off again.. got it back and another week later it died.. after that he said he wasn't dealing with it and I was screwed. And this was like a $600 amp. I would recommend that people stay as far away from this place as possible.

The irony part was that they didn't even care about what they did and how it affected ppl. I had my belongings here after an incident and was out of state, sent several trucks to get my property out, they refused, asked if I can make payments online or cashier check to them next day, they absolutely refused. You can only make payments in person, who does that. When I finally came to them , made all the payments and could not find a driver within 24hrs to pick up my belongings; they took it back and called my bank to come get it without any notice, mind you that I had already sent someone to get it finally the 4th day. Behold they released it to my bank and my driver was calling me after making 6hrs to Lubbock with nothing to take. The lady that claim to be the manager blamed me for not taking my belongings, even when I called them that someone will be picking it up that day. OOOmygoodness. These ppl do not give a fking clue what I had to go through to get my car from Lubbock to DFW.. They lied and inconsistent with their own rules and do not care how the laws work. This business need to be reported to BBB on how they handle things and should be investigated for what and how they rip ppl off without any accountability combined with lack of customer care, very disgusting and unacceptable to the public. When I was told that my belongings was in their possession, I went and look up their reviews and was terrified before my experience. This place should not be in existence for public safety because they are in capability to render what customers deserve, they should be able to have an online services if it's actually for a public services.
