My car was broken into my first week in town... Welcome to Lubbock! Called around for quotes and not having insurance coverage for glass, they were the most affordable option out of pocket. They came over to my office which was really convenient and did a good job. Four stars because being a "mobile" repair company they should have a square or way to process cards on site rather than taking down all my personal info in the invoice. I had a rock chip my window, with the heat It expanded half way across my window in three directions. I had to get my entire windshield replaced! They are cheap, quick and fast! They came to my house & It only took 15 mins. There's a $3 credit card fee but ALL together with installation/glass/fee it was less than $200. Highly recommend. read more

Horrible service! Would never recommend them. I had rock chips repaired. The worker ended up cracking my windshield. I was told they'd pay my deductible and replace the windshield. When I called to get it replaced, I was told that I signed the contract and they go by the contract. I was told they'd only pay 50.00$ toward the windshield. I went in with a chip in my windshield and came out with a crack half way across my windshield. I have to pay my deductible and get a new windshield - at a different business. It's sad that they don't stand behind their words and lie right to your face. And, a second small hole they "fixed" is also spreading. read more

The service tech was awesome and replaced our back window of the T& C efficiently. Driving back from Dallas the tailgate popped open on the highway-manufacturers repair said glass fell down into the panel into the locking mechanism when the glass shattered. Tech messed up the hydraulics and manual locking system trying to fix it $700 out of my pocket later & owner refused to make it good. DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER. read more

I do not recommend using these guys. Teenagers run the show, and there was a lot of confusion. I needed to replace my windshield. I was quoted $200, but when I got there, it was $600. I did not trust this so I went to Safelite and they did an excellent job only costing $430. read more
