We decided to try Boba Tea after watching a TV show. Luckily, we didn't have to drive very far. Since we were new to Boba Tea. We had questions. Ellie was very patient & nice. She was good with making suggestions. We made our decisions; green tea cotton candy strawberry boba, green tea pineapple mango boba, black tea pear strawberry boba (see photo). Two of them were very pretty. Mike said his had an interesting taste. I totally enjoyed the taste of mine, but I soon learned there were too many carbs. James enjoyed his too. The gel squirty boba are unique. The establishment also had ice cream, cookies, chips & various merchandise for sale. It was decorated cute. Give Boba Tea a try. read more

Possibly the least friendly and helpful place I have been in. We knew nothing about the product and they asked us a question and I asked him to clarify and he asked me the same exact question. I stumbled upon this tea shop inside The Mesa Kitchen in downtown New Albany (they also have a Jeff location) and it was perfect on a crazy hot day! The barista (or whatever it is for tea...) made a fantastic recommendation for a very unique canteloupe bubble tea with their house brown sugar boba. They also have varying types of fruit boba that can be substituted. They have a lot of other options for tea as well as supplies/accessories for tea at home. Will definitely be back!! read more

This is the 2nd time that I've visited this location and I've been pleased both times! The customer service is great and they're very patient and helpful while you decide what you want. This time I got the Unicorn Lemonade with Blueberry Boba Bubbles. It was delicious. My wife visits 2-3 times a week and I most definitely will be back for a visit whenever I'm in the area. I absolutely love boba and really enjoy going to different places to try fun drinks and I gotta say this place made an impression. As soon as I walked in I immediately noticed how good it smelled and how cute the environment is. Usually when I go to these types of places for the first time I'll ask whoever is taking my order what there favorite drink is then try that one so that's what I did. The lady taking my order was so sweet and patient with me. She recommended the unicorn lemonade but let me know it is very sweet which was perfect I love a good sweet drink. I added the blueberry popping boba to it as well. It was SO good! I definitely give this place a 10/10 because everything about it was just so cute, great customer service and a delicious drink! We visited on a trip to Louisville in June 2021 and ended up booking an Airbnb down the street from downtown Jeffersonville! I have to say we enjoyed Fresco so much! The spot itself is so dreamy. The boba tea was so good and the staff was extremely friendly. I didn't ask but it looks like they may host events in the upstairs of their adorably chic location. I'd love to pick the whole place up and bring it home to SC with me but alas, in the meantime, please make a trip to see the lovelies over at Fresco Tea Bar. Their teas and sandwiches are great, they have all kinds of what looks like local tea supplies, gifts and tea sets. A tea lovers paradise for sure! Sit out on their huge "roof top" deck overlooking the park. It's a great place for just being and enjoying yourself. read more

Finally stopped at the New Albany Indiana on State St location and so happy I did. Service was excellent!!! The hot tea with sugar free caramel flavoring was the best ever! This place is horrible! I don't even know how they're open ! they never have inventory, and they never have drinks ! their water bottle & baby apple sauce are frozen! this place should'nt be open . I came to this place having no idea about anything they offered on the menu. Saera was SO helpful explaining the different items and suggested a few things. I cannot stop coming back to this place! It's so cute, they're so friendly and helpful, and every single thing I've tried has been AMAZING! My favorite so far has been the sparkling butterfly tea with peaches, but not far behind is the Ube bubble tea, blueberry lemonade, and cotton candy bubble tea! Located inside MESA in downtown New Albany, Fresco Tea Bar has a bar area that serves up all kinds of teas. With as many options as a coffee bar has to satisfy all sorts of likes, Fresco has something for everyone. Even after recommending this place to a non-tea drinker (this person is pretty cool otherwise), and even after this person telling me they would never visit this place because they hated tea, they still gave it a shot. And guess what? They found something they enjoyed sipping on. I could end the review there because someone liking a tea at Fresco Tea Bar after saying they hate tea is enough reason to visit. But let me tell you more about this place. OK, imagine this, or you could check out the photo I took of it, but listen to the first thing I ordered from this place...ready for this combination? Cotton Candy and Boba! Yeah, exactly. What?!? But it's SO good. And if you're the person who prefers a more traditional tea, they have that too. I've been getting the Sparkling Refresher tea drinks because summer and it's quenched my thirst and satisfied my taste buds. One of them was a hibiscus tea that I loved but that butterfly tea with sliced peaches one? Drooling thinking about that one. I asked the owner why she opened up Fresco Tea Bar and her response was "...because I'm a tea lover". Tea lovers, or apparently even those that don't particularly care for tea that want to give an amazing place a chance, go check out Fresco Tea Bar. Plenty of street parking nearby and the people that work there are super friendly. Oh also, they offer food but I have not ordered any from there yet.
