I absolutely enjoy trying out new tea or boba sports and I'd never heard of The Bep Teahouse before so I decided to go and check them out. Their menu can be a bit overwhelming with their assortment of various teas, machas and boba among others but thankfully the member of staff that was working was very friendly and helpful on letting me now exactly what to expect with each drink that I inquired about. I decided to try their Kyoto Matcha Brulee which is an iced milk tea and it tasted very delicious and not too terribly sweet. The vibe here is very chill with lots of places to sit and also makes for a really great place to bring friends and even a card game or two to play while enjoying a tasty drink. The pricing is pretty on par with what I'd expect of such place with drinks averaging around $6-8 dollars but you do get quite a lot for what you pay for. I definitely recommend checking out The Bep if you're a fan of any sort of tea or matcha as I feel you won't be disappointed. read more

Amazing and so jealous that my city doesn't home this yummy place. I can't speak to the food, but I have had the Hawaii Sunset and Perfect Peach organic fruit teas (with popping boba). Had to come by and try this place! My sister and I stopped by on an early Saturday afternoon. A few young people here and there and then a family with kids. Lots of tables and seating areas! I saw some college students studying on their laptops. Same furniture as Tous Les Jour. LOL Can't remember the drinks we got but it was good! You can definitely taste the tea. Had to try the food too. We got the spicy popcorn chicken and the fries with Vietnamese cheese powder. Not bad prices for the portion size either! Everything was delicious! The fries weren't super cheesy and the chicken wasn't spicy. I'd say the best popcorn chicken I've had so far from a bubble tea place is Bopomofo. Nothing can quite match theirs. We parallel parked around the corner. Not hard to find. Drinks came out fast! I will add that One of the staff at the register didn't seem happy to be there even though I tried to make small talk. Great shop and my new fav boba place! You had me at Taro Ube milk tea... I can't stay away from that drink! WHY couldn't a place like this have been around when I was in college?! I would've lived in it. The tea was ok. I can appreciate the fresh ingredients but it was unclear that tapioca pearls had to be requested and noone asked if I wanted any inclusions (or how sweet or how much ice, etc). We also ordered the cheddar fries and my child is adamant I let others know that it's pretty much Cheeto seasoning. No actual cheese to be found. I really like the boba here. It is a lot higher quality than other boba shops on Bardstown Road (and there certainly are a lot now...). The actually tapioca/boba seems a lot fresher than other places. I don't find the environment particularly inviting to just sit and enjoy my drink in. The sauce that comes with the chicken is absolutely amazing. I also ordered a drink but I can't remember which one it was. I believe it was the tropical one that had the jelly fruit in the bottom, so good and I would so go here again. I can't really speak to the service. However, the food came in a timely manner from DoorDash. It was all still very hot and tasted amazing.
