Along a paved walkway is a wide variety of vendors selling out of tents handmade items, jewelry, liquid health shots, chia pudding and sandwiches, organic microgreens, pastries, bread, candles, produce, guacamole, coffee, wooden bowls, 3-D printed items, smoothies and fresh juice, dry aged burgers, water bottles, plants, and more. This market has trees for shade, easy parking, and a good variety of vendors to choose from. It is held every Saturday from October 25 through April 25, 2026. Shop locally, enjoy a meal, and pick up a few treats to take home. The Miami Springs Farmers Market is a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

If you're wondering, French beans are skinnier than traditional green beans and are a little shorter in length. What I like about Alpine Fresh's product is that the stems are snipped which saves me A LOT of time when preparing them. 99% of the beans were fresh with just a few brown or discolored ones. RECIPIES: My favorite way to prepare them is a stir fry with 1" sliced beans, garlic, fresh mushrooms, garlic salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Another favorite preparation (that I no longer make do due to health reasons) is with a stir fry with julienned beans, Spam, garlic, oyster sauce and shoyu. So simple and delish but partly unhealthy!
