I had an appointment for noon, was on time and was greeted and told to sit at the pedicure chair. The nail tech was next to me doing a pedicure she was finishing. After 15 minutes the nail tech recognized a new customer that just sat next to me and led her off to a manicure station. 10 minutes later all 6 nail techs totally disregarded me starting other clients . If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm here right now with my daughter and this lady is lying saying they don't have gold polish, nail gems, no gold leaf, no yellow. I know for a fact they have it because she did my daughter's nails before for another dance with lots of gems. Idk if it's because we're black or what. I am extremely disappointed with this place. I went today for full set... after sitting down I was given a book of nail colors which was all gel. I wanted regular polish. After arguing with the lady I finally got regular polish. She filed so long it made me bleed, and made my fingers feel like they were on fire. My nails were all unevenly filed. There was polish all over my fingers. Smears in the polish and knicks. I was charged was to much for horrible quality nails and the horrible customer service. I wish there was a 0 star option. This place is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves. I just asked them to let my 4 year old daughter use the bathroom because she had an emergency. BEWARE OF GIFT CERTIFICATES!!!! I was told I could not use my gift certificate because it was expired!!!! Not wanting to cause a scene I just paid cash for my sub par mani and pedi. But when I walked out I thought how could my gift certificate be expired....it's not that old?! Well if you look at their gift certs they have in small print "not valid after 6 months" 6 MONTHS??!!! I have never seen that anywhere in my lifetime. I now have $75 in gift certs that are going to waste and they made $75 for FREE!!!! They are crooks!!!! I don't like giving bad reviews, but this was literally the worst service I have ever had. On a whim, stopped in for a quick pedicure... Told me to sit very abruptly without the station being ready, was rough with my feet, and then got up and went to work alone someone else without saying a word. Didn't offer a dryer (they did have them and there were multiple chairs available), just left me sitting in the pedicure chair. After 10 min, got up and paid and still tipped, but was sincerely tempted not to.... which is saying a lot, as I am normally a 20% minimum (always round up!) tipper. I arrived a little early for my appointment but was taken right away. Nice place, clean & the guy who did my mani/pedi was very nice.Very considerate and took care with my hands & feet. While my pedicure has held up very well, my manicure didn't even last an entire week. Within 3 days the nail polish started chipping and wearing off. 12 minutes just isn't enough time for nails to dry. Debating whether or not to give them a second chance. read more

This place is good only when you seem to get in when there is no one there but a few other customers. We came in on a Saturday, a day before Father's day. We came in and it seemed like it wasn't that crowded. Only had about 4 people in there, 3 at which getting pedicures and a lady getting a manicure. They told us it was going to be an hour wait, and since we came there the other time and did an amazing job on gel nails, we decided to wait, but shop around a bit except sit there. So, about 50 minutes later we get there, had to wait an extra 10 minutes after an hour, but that didn't really bother my mom and I. We got seated down on the pedicure chairs (which were nice) and I waited about 10 minutes for a person to come up and start. The lady who was doing my feet seemed to be very angry and was rushing as she kept pausing and staring at the door while she was clipping away at my cuticles! She did a good job on doing my pedicure, and I have to agree with Angi, the scrub they use on your feet feels like they are seriously tearing your skin up. After the lady doing my toenails kept drifting off and not really paying attention, I finally got over to a manicure chair. When I did, I was noticing that they had only 3 people actually working there at the time while excepting all these customers left and right that they couldn't handle. The same women who did my pedicure did my gel nails and my moms in a total rush. For gel nails you expect them to apply them nicely since they will last at LEAST two weeks without chipping. So, the lady rushed through with both of our nails, barely filing my nails at all. Just to get a manicure and a pedicure it took almost 2 hours and 45 minutes!! After I took those toes separators off at the end of the appointment, I had dents in my toes for about an hour from how long I waited. I wasn't pleased with the job she did with my nails, there was the polish on my skin, but that didn't bother me that much. The thing that did was only about 5 days later, my nails started chipping left and right! And I must say, gel nails aren't cheap! My mom and I will never be going there again for the service and on how much of a crappy job they did. read more

I went in to get my gel polish removed without an appointment and was prepared to wait since there were others ahead of me. This one girl wanted a full set done but I was called before her since the guy available didn't know how to do it. They let my nails soak in acetone for 45 min. In that time, no one helped the other girl and she left. They took the acetone off and started to buff away with the machine they have on my real nail. They left lines of polish on my nails but I just wanted to leave. My nails are so brittle now. The majority of them broke within an hour of being home because they were left in acetone too long. The nail tech Mi Mi, who wasn't there, is the greatest, though. She is very very nice and good at what she does. read more

We walked in, wanting a gel manicure, expecting a few minute wait, we were waiting over 45 minutes. When we got sick of waiting, we shot up, and went to cross off our name where we told to sit down and that we would be awaited in 2 minutes. About to leave again after 10 minutes, they said go take a seat (at one of the nail station spots), where we waited another 3 minutes. They continued to give us faces, question us, and provide horrible service. Another woman who had spoken to us about how long we were waiting, had got up to leave and the woman ran after her saying no come back, and the woman refused because I had told her that she would be waiting forever. I did not like this place. I was here visiting for the weekend and decided to try this place for a pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure was very rushed. She wasn't even going to cut my toe nails until I specifically asked her too and they definitely needed to be cut. They barely used the scrubber at all, probably for 3 seconds per foot. She didn't massage my feet or legs at all. My pedicure was no more than 15 minutes. And she was not friendly. My polish is fine but overall this place is over priced for the service that was provided. read more

Was driving through and decided to stop by. I should have read the reviews first. I asked for a p place is not very sanitary. I don't know where they got the tools use on my feet, but it did not come out of one of those sterilized packs or machines. A very cursory job was done on my cuticles and even when I pointed out that some cuticles were missed she turned down my finger towards her so that I couldn't see that she wasn't really pulling anything out of my nail bed. I asked about the products that she used and she said all of her products are really good. They have very few to NO Sephora, OPI, OPI Axxium or CND products. Even Gelish is better than what they had. Something called gelata??. It started peeling the very next day and it was supposed to be gel. When she soaked the gel off my nails the container just came out of a drawer and she poured some new acetone in it. And ran water over it when I was done and stuck it on the sink. The kicker was she bragged about how long she had been in business and how good they were to their customers. Then she asked me if I wanted to pay before I finished my gels, but gel nails don't need to be paid for in advance because they are dry when you're done. So my nails were done and I paid and tipped her and then she said oh were closing I don't have any more hot towels for you. What a rip off! No massage, no hot towels, cheap products and unsanitary! Save your money and go down the street to Kathy's. At least they have talent (don't use new girls!) and when I was there they cleaned the pedicure tubs and the tools came out of a 'sterilized' oven of sorts! read more

I have been going to this salon for a year, and until today, have had service by Cindy every time. I do not get a manicure. Each and every time, I simply get my finger nails gel painted, clear with white tips. She does a great job, they are consistently pretty and long lasting. I went today and had service by Jennifer. I explained what I wanted and I thought she understood. After she used the dremel to remove the old gel, my hands were covered with grit and dust. I asked to go wash them and she said "not yet". She started to paint the clear and when she was on the second finger, I realized it was a frosty pink. I said that I didn't want that and she just stared at me. I said, that is not what I told you I wanted but now that you've already started, you might as well finish. She just shrugged. Not even an apology or offer to correct it. She was very rushed. It did not seem like she was even giving each coat a chance to dry before doing the next coat. She abruptly left me at one point with no explanation. It became apparent then that she was working on the previous customer who had returned dissatisfied to have something corrected. When she was done the polish, she roughly filed my nails. I paid and left. When I examined them outdoors while wearing my glasses, I was appalled. The one hand was not terrible; not great, but not terrible. But the other hand!? There was white streaked all through the part of the nail that should have been clear on one finger; many nails had rough edges where she had filed after the polish was applied; I had polish on my fingers and my hand; and worse of all, the polish on four fingers is so rough with the grit and dust from when she sanded off the old polish that the nails feel like sandpaper and they actually look dirty, instead of crisp and clean and smooth as they should. They looked so bad that I drove all the way back to tell them so, and to tell them that I will never visit their salon again. If you go here, insist on Cindy for your service. read more
