With lots of produce, food and gift stalls, you can find something for everyone. From fresh fruit and vegetables, to jarred spreads and sauces, there is no shortage of things to look at. But be prepared for lots of people. We had reservations for a meal after hitting this place, so I didn't try any foods. It was more about walking around and checking out the sights. I'm sure at some point I'll be back, but I would set a budget. It seems like stuff could get really expensive if you're not careful.

My issue is not that the berries are repackaged nor is it about whether berries are in season locally. My concern is the lack of transparency. To me, the presentation and lack of labeling/pricing feel misleading as a customer. For example, if commercially grown berries (such as pesticide heavy Driscolls) are repackaged into open fruit baskets and sold in a store called a farmers market with no labels, pricing, signage, or disclosure of their source unless someone specifically asks, a customer could assume they're locally grown. (I'm using Driscoll's only as an example as again, I have no idea what brand you actually sell.) There's also a food safety concern. Repackaging produce into unlabeled containers removes Traceability customers rely on. If a specific lot was recalled because of an outbreak, how would customers know whether the berries they purchased were affected? I don't work for the Texas Department of Agriculture, so I'm not claiming any of these is a violation but the lack of transparency could raise consumer protection concerns. At the end of the day I simply believe customers deserve clear information about what they're buying. I came here because a few of my clients highly recommended Lola's Market to me because of its quality & super friendly customer service. Plus it is local & who doesn't love fresh & local things? She has clear signs before you enter the property to make sure everyone is safe. I love it maybe because I'm a big "sign" person. Haha This is NOT a Zoo, please don't chase her animals & respect her simple & basic rules for not doing so. Just like you want people to respect your own house rules & you don't want people squeezing & chasing your children (well, at least I don't). Pets are not allowed inside so they don't try to chase/fight/eat her chickens for instance. My dog would love to do that, but he didn't as he was kept in the car & enjoyed the beautiful country view from there. :) This is a very stylish country place with a lot love, time & energy spent into it. I think my sister in law was trying to cheer me up by bringing me to the Frisco Farmers Market this morning, but I left feeling even more sad. I'm really not used to having to drive to get to a farmers market and this was a completely different experience. There weren't very many stalls or similar items to mine back home. I'm used to countless tents with fresh flowers, fresh fish, meats, produce, nuts, soups, honey, dates, sprouts, etc. All of the vendors have TONS of fresh samples cut up. There are swarms of people everywhere. I typically leave farmers market not requiring breakfast because I've had so many fresh samples and I walk home with lovely treats and bouquets of flowers wrapped in newspaper. We also have tons of ready made food options, bakers, and endless vendors. This was all together different and extremely underwhelming. I even caught myself missing our regular paparazzi guys, who used to get on my nerves a little. It was odd walking around not seeing anyone stalking the farmers market guests for shots to sell. No A list actors, actresses, athletes, TV execs... It's all together unusual. I purchased a coffee and a couple vegan items from a vendor who said it was his very first day. I don't have any plans on returning to this farmers market even if I bore to death here, but would definitely recommend if you live walking distance as there were a couple options for fresh juices, a lemonade stand that looked tasty, a hand pie lady (with tiny samples, but enough to know she makes a great dough for them) and a few coffee options - which all together could make for a nice visit, just totally not worth driving here for.

My family and I were excited to support local businesses, we love farmers markets. We grabbed everything from decaf tea leaves, to fresh berries and green beans. For expectation, there are no farmed fruits, vegetables, or any locally grown items when I went in May 2026. There were less than 10 vendors with cover 10' tents selling knick-knacks, spices, cheesecake, bread, and some other homeland or random items. There was also a lobster food truck there if you're hungry. Parking was easy and nice, but if you're looking for just a pit stop on your way past town, it doesn't hurt to swing by to walk around. It's small so it will take you less than 2 minutes to see all the vendors.

I love that I was able to meet the owner and get a chance to check this place out. I was told , weekends have pop up . I bought some fresh produce and my favorite snack food, kumquats. A lot of friendly small business owners, were alsom actively selling products. From wine, beard butter to barbecue sauce, there was an assortment of vendors. Did I mention the food vendors? I never would've thought a farmers market would have a food court but this one did. They even had picnic tables and additional space for eating. So if you wanted to grab somthing to eat and sit on the grass in your own chair, you could. A very relaxed outdoor experience. On hot days, make sure to wear a hat. There isn't much shade outisde the market place.
