With lots of produce, food and gift stalls, you can find something for everyone. From fresh fruit and vegetables, to jarred spreads and sauces, there is no shortage of things to look at. But be prepared for lots of people. We had reservations for a meal after hitting this place, so I didn't try any foods. It was more about walking around and checking out the sights. I'm sure at some point I'll be back, but I would set a budget. It seems like stuff could get really expensive if you're not careful.

I will say that I was a bit disappointed in one purchase from Rowdy's this past week. We bought the tomatoes on Sunday and ate one that night and another on Monday. But by Tuesday, the rest had begun growing mold. Perhaps we didn't care for them correctly or they just have a short shelf life ... either way, I'd like either of those things to be shared when I purchase directly from the one growing the produce. All of the other food is still fresh and tasty.

The heat is brutal and there's very little shade in this grassy lot outside Firewheel mall. There are usually booths full of crafts from local artisans, which can can vary from crocheted doo-dads, to shiny rocks and mini 3-D printed items (keychains and the like) Usually they have jewelry. Sometimes (rarely) they have coffee and once in a while they have an ice cream or sno-cone truck. The Farmer's Market is a great idea. More consistent quality goods, more and better quality local food, more shade and free craft activities for kids would make this market really shine.

Wondering why they cannot keep up with the Jones. Just pick up some trashes on the floors, arrange the fresh food ales accordingly, and there were so much flies!!! Do you see that in other grocery stores??. Nawaoooo, this one is too much. Checkout staffs weren't friendly at all, at least greet your customers with a little bit of smile and that does not cost nothing; Abegoo! Then with a long line of more than 6-8 customers, you should be able to open up another checkout lane to serve your customers well. Please, don't take this personally cos, it's not. I came here to buy bags of food items to re-stock my pantry. The huge bag of Gari bought was spoilt, has foul odor and taste horrible and unfit for consumption . Everyone in the family spot confirms this immediately. I had on other occasions over looked spoilt yams bought from this store by just trashing them and moving on. But on this occasion , i had to drive 40 miles with the bag of Gari back to them ,so they could at least see for themselves what they are selling to the public. Their customer care was so poor that they refuse to even touch,smell or taste the gari to confirm. They were so rude and lack any iorta of customer care , they just told me nothing is wrong with it and nothing could be done about it. I advice them to taste from the batches of same batch of bags on the rack were it was sold from to confirm, the never bulge nor show any remorse. I was not ready to ruffle my gentleman-ship because of a bag of gari, i simply left it with them and went to a nearby African Store at Richland to buy another bag of Gari. Avoid them like plague, Worst place ever.
