First, when I booked I asked if they would need access to a water source because I would be gone and I didn't want my wife to get stuck figuring out supplying them with hoses to our house, which they assured me would not be necessary as they had a 500 gal tank on the truck. When they arrived they said they had no water and needed to connect to the house. Next, one of their crew paced in our driveway for 15+ minutes yelling on his phone in an argument with someone, making our dog go nuts and overall unprofessional and embarrassing. Then, they completely ignored the center console, drink holder area, and door jams during cleaning. (I'll post pictures) Lastly, I received a text from them about the service to make sure I was satisfied, which I explained what had happened and that I felt the interior was not even vacuumed, let alone detailed, with photos of how they left the job. They said they were sorry to hear about my experience and that they'd reach out within 24 hours to make things right... it's now been over a week and haven't heard from them. I used to pay $40 at my local car wash in metro Detroit for a "quick detail" and came out with a cleaner car honestly. From the other reviews I would have expected better service.
